Lightweight as advertised but shelves seem very strong. White glove delivery was great but when they removed the packing material, it seems a band holding it around the bookshelf was too tight and dimpled the metal on both front corners. I accepted a discount to accept as is.

I like the bookshelf but I’ve had two of them show up damaged; one I had to return and the second I just decided to keep because I was sick of the hassle.

Horrible quality, came with dents and scratches all over the merchandise. As of now customer service would only reimburse 296.00 at replacement on the entire shipment of 1300.00 and waited over 2 months for this shipment and now it is ruined and cannot be used. Wayfair has lost my business!

Garbage

The metal that these are constructed of is so thin and flimsy it crumples under the slightest pressure. You would be better off building them yourself out of tin foil than wasting your time and money on these pieces of garbage.

Sturdy and Arrived Assembled!

I was very impressed at how sturdy this seems and the fact that it arrived on a small pallet fully assembled aside from putting the shelves on which was extremely simple. Very happy with this!

Good qualify shelf. Slight delay in shipping, but arrived undamaged and worked for my use.

I was expecting a much better quality for the price. Solid piece of furniture, but some of the finishing could be improved. There are little bumps where debris was painted over & the joinery isn't hammered out properly.

The bookcase is pretty and very sturdy.

Over the past year, I have purchased 3 bookcases. The shelves are easy to adjust. I store heavy textbooks on them with no bowing of the shelves.

Would not buy again

Used this in office for our Sgt's. It's pretty flimsy. When it accidentally touched the carpet while moving it, the corner of the bookcase bent. The bookcase also came with dings and dents but we couldn't return it because someone else threw out the packaging which is a requirement for a return.

I am using my set of bookshelves in a tall-ceilinged living room. I was looking for a seven-foot set of shelves that would withstand being full loaded with hardback books. This set of shelves fits that bill. It is very plain and functional. My own disappointment was that it came with half the number of brackets necessary to install all of the shelves, so I had to call the company and wait another week to be able to set up all of the shelves. This seems like a quality control issue for those who pack the shelves for shipping. I would buy them again for the quality of the shelves IF they would come with all of the parts necessary to use them right away.

I love the rich dark green color and I love the sturdiness of this bookcase! Another plus is it’s made in the USA!

Very easy to set up

Comes assembled, you just need to adjust the shelves. Great look and design.

Solid product

Got three of these for my home office. Arrived packaged very carefully, with no issues whatsoever. The bookcases are very sturdy and the coating is a beautiful color, true to what is shown on the website. I'm very satisfied with them.
