Great tile! The color is on point and matched very nice with my granite. Pleased and worth the wait per having to order the product.

Be Careful! $ loss

I was a loyal tile customer! The HD app calculated sq ft, plus extra that would cover the space. I tried returning an almost full case told “only sold by case” the Mgr said website says it. Well it doesn’t say that. There should be a note saying they will not accept returns, full case only. I would have picked different tile. I am now stuck with very expensive sheets of tile wrapped with a UPC code NOT sold individually. Please fix this or forget about our family buying tile again at Home Depot.

The design was perfect for my kitchen backsplash. It looks so nice and clean. We used the Delorean Gray for grout and the shape of the tiles shows nicely without being too stark.

Looks Beautiful in my kitchen! The tile has a crackle look to it that’s not always shown on line and the description does not say it. That was my only concern but I do like it.

This tile that we bought for our walk in shower walls is absolutely beautiful!

We were happy with the arabesque tiles. The only trouble we experienced was that we were unable to match the tile with the same brand and color of pencil lining. The die lots so drastically different that we had to opt for a different solution. We tried 3 times and all clashed with the tile.

Recommed more accurate description CRACKLE FINISH

Online October 2022 Home Depot states the tile is NOT crackle finish. The tile is crackle finish! The first box I opened had broken tiles on the top sheet.

I spent 6 months and went through dozens of samples to find the right tile. We used color portico pearl with delorean gray grout….its picks up the light taupey grays in my white ice granite. Installation is definitely more costly and took my picky installer longer than expected. Only a few broken pieces out of 4 boxes, but it is easy to snap the points off the ends if not handled carefully.

Totally different color than sample ordered. More of a solid gray than the sample. Outside shading varies from some to none. Tile is not evenly spaced on web backing. Tile being installed by a professional, hopeful he can evenly space them. Will be a costly and time consuming job.

Read before you buy

Our local Home Depot did not have product in stock. Upon ordering a sample we were only give on tile. Yes color of tile was in question but the spacing on mesh i had questions about due to other reviews. The display from Home Depot was completely different from what we received. The mesh sheets had a bigger grout line. which was fine but i wish it was displayed more accurately. Upon installation i realized how imperfect the tiles were set. I was having to remove an average of three tiles per sheet to match correct spacing. And not every tile is made the same which made it hard for placement. I would honestly look into getting something else if your looking to install this brand of arabesque tile.

Like the tile but when installer started putting it up, the tile started falling off the mesh backer. So instead of putting up the tile in sheets, they had to place each tile by hand. Took hours longer to complete (at my expense). Have waited too long to cancel install, so they are slowly going on

I love the backsplash. I am so glad I hired a professional to install it. There is a lot of cutting involved.
