Sandusky cannot ship intact..

I bought four cabinets in the last 2 months and every single cabinet I have received has been damaged during shipping , some severely. The two cabinets I kept are going to take repair to be used. Everyone has been dented severely or warped out of shape. Sandusky needs better shipping Home Depot did right by me.

This product is an excellent addition to garage storage! It is exactly what we were looking for to tuck away an assortment of lawn/garden tools ! Cant be happier with the construction/utility/appearance!

Poor quality, worse customer service

The product is flimsy, was delivered dented and damaged. Return initiated but home depot refuses to refund money until item reaches their warehouse. Their pickup service HubGroup was a no-show on appointment day, won’t update status, return calls or confirm another day for pickup. Do your self a favor and don’t get this cabinet shipped unless you want to be kicked around between Home Depot and HubGroup. I’ve called both many times without a resolution.

Very poor, thin paint job on one of the three I ordered. Otherwise, seemed okay for a relatively low-priced cabinet. I returned all three because two were severely damaged upon delivery and I went with another brand that cost far more than these but are much better quality.

Left door was defective, lower than should be, closing into the the cabinet, but fixable by unwinding 2 inch of top fold steel as a stopper.

The cabinet was damaged and the shelves were had to put in.

The cabinet was delivered packed well but the strapping tape that was around the middle of the cabinet had bent the doors and back of the cabinet. I had to use a rubber mallot to get the door to straighten out enough to latch shut. I would’ve returned the cabinet but it is in my garage and not visible to people generally. I think a more careful means of keeping the protective wrap around it should be used. Most would reject such a damaged product but there wasn’t time enough to have another shipped to us …. Very poor on the part of Sandusky I think

This is a nice cabinet. Five shelves (six if you include the bottom of the cabinet) allow for ample configuration for storage. The shelves do flex a bit with load that does not meet the max rating, which is a bit disappointing, but not major. We had to have this cabinet delivered twice, rejecting the first delivery, as the doors were pushed in and out of alignment. The second cabinet also had a minor dent, but it was in the back upper left, and will not be noticed with the cabinet against a wall, and is not an issue for storage, so we accepted the delivery. If we had had to reject the second cabinet, we might have had to consider other options. For the price, this cabinet is a good value, if you can get one delivered intact.

The cabinet I ordered was not the cabinet you delivered! I’d like to get the right cabinet as this one does not fit the need for the installation

Perfect size for my needs. Well constructed and assembled prior to delivery. The only issue I have is that the product was a replacement for a damaged cabinet and when unpacked I found this item was also damaged. Appears to have been hit by forklift forks.

Cabinets were wrapped very well for protection. Just slide in and use. Love the quality and the size. Perfect fit for my garage.

I ordered three cabinets and all three were damaged beyond repair. Two of the cabinets were one color and the third cabinet was a different color. Not happy with the whole purchase.

The product is of an acceptable quality, but the doors (hinges) are of what I consider to be a poor design. There is not a means to allow adjustment to make them fit square in the cabinet frame.

It seems like a solid piece and useful for what I needed it for. However, I received my item with 3 different dents in it. It seemed like the shipping packaging was fully intact so I'm not sure when the denting occurred.

not a bad product but definitely dot worth the price!!! would not recommend simply because of Price!!!

I waited weeks to receive my cabinet and it arrived damaged. I refused it and waited many more weeks for the replacement to arrive. It had some dents, it didn't fit in the roller cart properly, the keys were missing to lock the doors. I paid way to much for this product to have these issues.
