Extremely sharp and grates very well - carrot, zucchini and hard cheese so far. Only downside is the care needed to clean it because it is so sharp!

So good I bought it twice

I am so impressed with the first OGrate I bought that I have just ordered another one, this time for our caravan. It is the only grater I have ever found that deals with ginger properly, without either pulping it or clogging up the holes. But it does a great deal more than that: it deals neatly and efficiently with carrots, garlic, onions and, best of all, cheese. It is small and light yet it does a better job than much bigger graters. And it takes up so little space, unlike conventional box graters. I am really sad to see it is to be discontinued - but at least I have two! .

I am enjoying using the Ograte. Really love the circular grating side for carrots and zucchini. Compact and easy to store!

Works great! My one little criticism is that for hand washing there’s only one side + one direction you can wipe it without shredding your sponge. We grated some cheese and then looked at it like, “oh. ummm, ok now what.” 😅 Fortunately the cheese side is the sponge-compatible one. Also blasting it with hot water right away makes a difference. And there’s always the dishwasher too.

Was not what I thought the handle is a bit short so not that easy to use.

Everyone needs one

Love this heater. It’s the perfect design. Well down dreamform you have really thought about what we need in a grater. It’s flat so fits perfectly in a draw and is even better as it grates both ways making the grating process much faster. Would highly recommend this product.

This grater works well, takes up very little space, and is easy to clean. Will travel well (camping?) and stay protected thanks to its easy-on/easy-off cover.

Quick and safe

I saw this grater on YouTube. It woks so well, just rub yor cheese or veg in a circular motion near the edge. Grates safely and fast.

No more box grater

These are simply the best. I love the large surface area, the two different sizes, and the fact that the grater fits over a bowl. I use the smaller grate for hard boiled eggs and it’s a game changer for salads. I bought a set for my daughter and son-in-law as well. Bonus: easy to clean.

I thought I needed these

I wanted to love these but I find them harder to use than my box grater. They are very sharp all over on both sides and they slide around when I use them on top of a bowl. They do store easily though.
