Sent two sides that were the same, not opposite side. So had to reorder correct piece. Delayed being able to put bookcase together for an extra week. Defeated getting project done by my time frame. Oh, well life moves on.Customer service was awesome.

Affordable, sturdy shelving unit

Bought this unit on sale to use as a pantry that had to fit into a tight space. Great value and perfect for the space. Very sturdy, looks nice, and easy to assemble. Being able to attach the top after moving the bottom into place inside the closet was helpful given that the unit is taller than a door frame. Be gentle installing the front mouldings. They are a little fragile and attach with plastic dowels.

Disappointed

I had high hopes for this shelf as it was middle price range for what I was looking for. The assembly too longer then needed due to things not fitting in the predrilled holes be a they were not centered. If we wouldn’t have already had it half built I would have returned. Paint easily scratches off. Not horrible but not great.

Sturdy bookcase that fits nicely in a small office.

Parts not labeled

None of the pieces were labeled as they should have been. It has been a bit like a jigsaw puzzle and we have yet to get it together. It will at least take 3 to 4 times the amount of time to assemble.

Parts not Labeled

None of the "wood" parts were labeled, so the first step was to figure out which was which. Some of the cam locks were defective. Several of the instruction steps were vague and didn't note all the parts needed so more guessing had to be done. The finished product looks good.
