I thought this would be a better storage solution than baskets but I was clearly very wrong. I will have nightmares about putting these together for the rest of my life. The material isn't good at all and is easy to puncture. The holes aren't big enough for the screws.

Wonderful storage & works with different setups.

I am very surprised how sturdy these are. They fit perfectly under my bed. I liked putting them together. I found that using a little glue in the pegs and the grooves where the bottom goes, makes it extra sturdy. Usually, the humidity gets to the bottoms, and they begin to sag.

Scratches and Chips.

The bed has a sturdy structure with a nice aesthetic, but it was delivered with a bunch of scratches and chips on it. I have to order a replacement piece for one of the drawers because the wood is chipped so badly! The scratches on the platform itself will have to stay, because it would be too tedious to try and replace those pieces.

If you order the Prepac platform bed, and you want complete storage underneath your bed, remember to order four drawers. I only ordered two, but I was able to purchase two more drawers so I could have complete storage under my bed. For me, these are excellent drawers. You don’t have to worry about misalignment, or the drawers coming off railings because they are on wheels. I prefer that option.

King bed drawers

I bought these extra for my king bed. They slide right under on wheels. You can't even tell they are there. They are large and roomy. Not sure if they are different for a queen bed.

Well made and easy to put together

I bought this platform bed for my son who just moved into his first apartment. Everything in the box was organized very well which made it easy to put together. The instructions were great and the bed looked beautiful. I would buy another one if needed.

The bed frame is great! Definitely need an extra set of hands for some parts. Took me about 3 hours. Don't waste your time and money on the drawers though! Literally nothing lined up! My dad had to help me, and he wiggled, loosened and tightened everything until it sort of came together. I got 2 drawers, took about 2 hours to put together! They're also pretty low quality, particle board. I wouldn't put anything heavy in these. I'm only putting blankets and sweaters in mine.

The bed is a space saver! The only downfall is that due to the size of the under bed storage drawers, you cannot access the contents of the top drawers unless you move your bedside table. It worked out fine for us as we chose to store the extra pillows and blankets (items we do not access frequently).

I have a small house so I use the underneath of my bed for storage but wanted the end closed to view from the door. This bed was perfect and I had an old headboard that I was able to attach to it no problem and the color was exactly as pictured so it truly matched when it got here. The slats were a bit tricky to evenly distribute if you’re putting it together yourself, so I would recommend help with that but I was able to put everything together by myself in about two hours.

**** Quality at best

So I am starting off with the Pros of this bed frame 1. Received bed frame quickly 2. Instructions were clear and easy to put together for bed frame and drawers. 3. Color matched description and the drawers were bigger then expected which is better for me since I have a lot of stuff. However.. The Cons* 1. Their were a couple pieces that were scratched or dented already from the bedframe that were in the box. And some of my wood bed slats were split significantly on the edges. Enough to notice and request new ones. 2. The drawers were the worst things to build. I was missing an important screw and each drawer does not fit exactly how it’s shown in the diagram,which is really easy to build. I made sure to do each step exactly and yet I still had to have people hold it down so I can push things in that kept poping out! I will be calling to have them send me new ones and hopefully they work but what a pain to have to build these all over again!Not worth $*** that I spent. I bought this bed frame set primarily because of the drawers for the extra storage under the bed. I am I highly disappointed and frustrated in the low quality. Honestly I would just go to **** for the same quality and lower prices.

The platform bed looks just like the picture. We have a very small home and need to have dual purposes to almost all of our furniture so we love having storage drawers at the base of our bed. The color worked perfectly in our bedroom and was neutral enough to go with just about any bed linen you would want to choose. The quality seems good, very sturdy so far.

Purchased this for my son''s room. It was a good value for the price. The directions were easy to follow and I put it together in about 45 minutes. His room is on the small side and the bed sets close to the wall on one side so we purchased two of the optional drawers for the other side and were able to avoid having to purchase a dresser.

We recently purchased a memory foam bed that required a platform frame. This one seemed the most practical and so we purchased in white. My only minor complaint is that the drawers are somewhat free-standing, so you have to adjust them even if the bed moves slightly. Other than that, it seems very sturdy and the drawers are very spacious and a much welcomed change from our largely unused under the bed space that gets dusty.

(Gray 4 drawers version) Was quick on delivery, the bed and dressers and drawers, headboard all came in separate boxes so we had a huge pile to sort through and move to get the right pieces to assemble first. The Bed itself is great and looks just as pictured, the entire set seems to scratch easily but you can't beat it for the price. Assembly was easy, but was time-consuming to do alone. It you are putting the whole set together you need lots of space for just the drawers less space is needed. The drawers are larger and deep so they make up for the space the dresser drawers lose to fit in the area we needed.

This bed is JUNK!!!! I am so upset that I spent so much time looking for a sturdy good bed and its already broke! It broke within the first three months, I've tried fixing it and I think its done for. There is no way that the tiny wood can hold much, everything is thin and not well made. I can't believe that I spent nearly five hundred dollars on something and the quality is this bad. I would highly recommend you NOT get this bed!!!! Also what the h is that tiny lil junk metal bar gonna do!??? Won't let me upload photos. SMH

(Gray 4 drawers version) Took about 10 days after order to receive. The bed itself came in 2 boxes. Each set of 2 drawers came in separate boxes. We also bought a matching headboard, so we received 5 boxes in all, however each box was labeled with what it contained so there was no confusion as to which one we needed to open first. Bed itself is sturdy, but the stain seems to be veneer, so easily scratched down to a different color. Assembly was easy, but time-consuming. You need plenty of space in order to put it together. I also had trouble with the bolts in the direct center of the bed and had to get my partner to ratchet them firmer. You'll need your own tools to assemble. The drawers are made of crappier material with the exception of the front panels. Part of some of the backing actually crumbled apart while I was building the second drawer and I had to use wood glue to lock the section back into place. They are large and deep, but I would never put anything heavy inside of them, so forget books, magazines, etc. The drawers are free from the bed, so since there aren't any slides they can easily shift over so you have to be careful with them. I would recommend this bed for adult first time bed buyers like us. Do not think the bed will stand up to children and seriously doubt that the drawers would last long with anyone remotely rough with them. You can easily scratch them with your fingernails, so dogs will likely leave their mark too. The bed and drawers aren't bad, but they aren't top quality either. Good for us and others who want a neater way to store things under the bed. Definitely an upgrade from a metal frame and box spring, but might only last 5-10 years rather than 30.
