Excellent tub. Very much a statement piece. Like the solid surface and how heavy it is. Was used the first day it was installed.

Beautiful tub

The tub is beautiful. The only reason for a 4 instead of 5 is because of Lowe’s delivery. They didn’t call to set up a time and they left a $2200 tub in the driveway.and it weighs 350 pounds. What do they think a normal person is going to do. Plus, I didn’t get a chance to look at it before they dropped it off. While beautiful, it could have been damaged and I would have been out $2200.

Slow shipping

Slow shipping- not accurate as advertised at time of purchase. Delivery guy didn’t call when coming to deliver- we were left with a 300 plus lb tub blocking our driveway.

When my wife and I were on the search for the perfect bathtub, we looked at (and sat in) more than 40 bathtubs in local showrooms, as well as hundreds online. We were determined to find a tub that we could both fully submerge in it. Wayfair to the rescue! After a lot of research, we settled on the Dune II.

Ok, so it took several deliveries to get the correct, undismayed tub I ordered. Frustrating. But, when I finally got it, it was perfect! Love the look, the feel. It’s deep and beautiful. So glad to have found a gorgeous solid surface tub at this price point!

Absolutely Beautiful!!!

First off, when I ordered this tub from the Lowe’s website. I really didn’t know what to expect other than it was very heavy based on the specifications tab. I was very curious once I picked it up from my local Lowe’s, how I was going to be able to get it up to my newly remodeled bathroom. The bathroom is on the second floor of my 110 year old house. Ended up making ramps up both stairwells creating a slide to push and pull the tub upstairs. This tub is silky smooth and does now give you any places to get a secure grip or hold on it. I ended up wrapping it in heavy clear plastic. I felt felt like I was in series Dexter for a second lol. Then turning it into a mummy with heavy moving blankets and securing it with soft bedroom rigging rope. This allowed for several different pulling points. Even with the ramps and pulling points it still took three large individuals to get it upstairs.

The tub is absolutely gorgeous!!!! It’s huge, nice clean lines, and a nice solid material. I also like how deep this tub is. If you’re unfamiliar with solid surface, this material will help retain the temperature so you won’t have to add hot water frequently . The online description says it weighs 280lbs but the tub has 340lbs printed on the bottom. It’s not installed yet but the contractors did set it where it’ll be placed and I’m beyond excited to see it finalized and try it out! If you’re considering this tub I can reassure you that you will not be disappointed!

Very pleased to receive - looking forward to chilling out in this tub. Hoping we might be able to squeeze the two of us in on occasion, and it looks doable with one at either end. Was also concerned about sufficient water depth - this is one of the deeper tubs that features a sweeping side profile. Solid tub - about 350 lbs. Fingers crossed on install, but plumber seems to like so far.
