A total rip off and Customer Service no help

I am cutting and pasting the first review. Exact same problem as person in June 2024

This is a total rip off. They billed me for a kit but sent me just a cover (not the kit) and ignored all my email follow up inquiries to rectify this obvious error. This is a total rip off and Home Depot refuses to address it.
