Item was HORRIBLY packaged. ALL of the hardware, 126 pieces, were completely strewn throughout the box. What's better than that, there was a hole in the box, so as you can imagine, I was missing more than a dozen bolts, washers, and nuts. I get it, boxes get damaged...but they can't put hardware in a secure bag or bag it up AND put it in a small box. For the price of this thing, they can do better!!!!!

Quality to be desired

The item is fairly easy to assemble. I think the steel frame needs to be heavier gauge steel for the price. The frame shifts when moved around in the garage when only slightly loaded. I can see how other reviewers have had issues with the casters buckling. The casters aren’t the problem, it’s the weak frame.

Extremely happy with the Duramax 72" Wood Workbench. Quality materials, directions were easy to understand and all fit together perfectly. Everything needed to put it together was there also!!

Excellent work table and place for some of my tools

I can't really tell you if we like the product. The parts that were missing when it was shipped have just arrived. The worst thing about the whole situation with the missing parts was Home Depot's lack of willingness to help. They just wanted us to bring back what we received and reorder a new table. Let me repeat...it's an unassembled table that has been unboxed to determine that parts were missing. It's been a nightmare. The manufacturer has been more helpful than Home Depot.

Not as good the second time around

The first one I bought a few years ago I’m extremely happy with. It’s tough it takes up to being a workbench.

I usually don't leave reviews but I do read them before I purchase anything. On this item, it was mixed reviews and I was a little apprehensive about purchasing. I'm so glad that I took the chance. This workbench is so well made. It was simple to put together and everything fit perfectly.

We love this workbench and is using it as an Island in our kitchen! Very durable and lots of storage!

looked thin and inexpensive from the bottom.. but, looks nice from the top.

Nice bench …. But the drawer hardware is poorly installed such that two of the drawers collide and stick when closing. Be sure you can adjust drawer hardware if you buy one. With this design, it is not simple.

Bought it for our shipping area at work! It‘s a beautiful, functioning work bench that looks better than all others. I love it and need one or two at home now. :)

this item was returned due to a broken drawer slide that could not be repaired.

I would give it 5. But the left drawer lost ball bearings, from what must be the rail assembly. It's not very easy to get that drawer open/closed now. Great look we use it in the kitchen for overflow of small appliances. Love it!!!
