Terrible

The design is terrible. The water reservoir sits right on the coil and will boil off too soon. The wood pan somehow does NOT sit on the coil and won't smoke. This is how it is designed. But that doesn't matter because it won't get over 200 degrees anyway. The plug has to be supported to even activate the coil at all. This is an absolutely atrocious product.

The product was delivered with a lot of dents. The heating element does not heat the smoker above 110 degrees Celsius. Can't even get smoke out of my wood chips.

I did not like this smoker. I gave it to a friend and went back to my little chief smoker that I bought second hand for 20

Poorly made missing parts ,door wasn’t on at hinges tight enough too much heat and smoke getting out. Temperature would not go up past 175.

Broke the first time I used it

The taste and tenderness were exceptional. Improvements could be adding a stainless steel pan to catch all the drippings.

[Rewarded Review] Good smoker for the price, but not perfect

Great smoker for the price, but it has some limitations. The door temperature gauge is extremely inaccurate -- ours was showing 30-50 degrees lower than a wireless thermometer we purchased separately, which makes it difficult to have a successful smoke. The assembly is annoying, but not impossible. Bonus points for the great Dyna-Glo customer service team -- our smoker came with a broken wire rack and after we called, we were mailed a new replacement part within 2 days, free of charge. Once we stopped using the door thermostat, our meats have been coming out great!

Only thing missing is a timer with shut off but we love it!!

We received ours and there was a dent in the top of it.

Just unboxed my new smoker. I have heard good reviews for this product. Upon unboxing it had corner damage. Yet my first review was denied so were my pictures. Used smoker with hickory pellets. Worked great.

Went Together Easily - Doesn't Heat Properely

Great looking, Strong for the price. BUT the connection between the Thermostat Control and the Heating Element is not solid. I wired the Thermostat to the handle above it to improve the connection. Heats better but still not what it is capable of achieving. Only gets to about 200 on the Temp Gauge. My guess is an inadequate connection for the ground between the 2.

Works great! You should try my ribs! Yummy way to fix meats in a different way.
