I have tried every mop on the market to clean my laminate kitchen floor. None have been satisfactory. This one is amazing! Light, easy to handle, easy to store, cleans really well, environmental friendly, reusable pads that last and last. I use a water/vinegar/alcohol mix to spray on the pad and it is amazing. I bought an extra one just in case anything ever happens to the one I have.

Discontinued a great mop????

I love this swivel mop. Ours was left when we moved and I wanted to get another one. Too bad this has been discontinued. One reason I discontinued my subscription is there is no consistency with the products that are exclusively offered here. other products like Mrs Myers are available everywhere without subscription.

Simple to use and very effective cleaning equipment

Easy to use and manipulate - as it folds almost flat you can mop under low table legs, dressers etc with ease; it also takes up minimal storage space. Microfibre cloth pad means the floor is left almost dry and the pad is easy to remove and rinse out. I have also discovered that it makes short work of cleaning wall tiles in bathrooms etc - no more stretching or climbing on steps to reach the tiles up to the ceiling!

Love, love, love the deep cleaning mop!!!

I actually purchased this for my cleaning gals. I am mid 70’s and just can’t use my favorite floor scrubber for my 2,900 sq. feet of porcelain tile in my Florida home anymore.

Excellent product

As our house has wooden floors throughout I'm always looking for items to make life easier, I have tried other mops in the past but they've always been the sponge types and they have always left the floors smeary. Found that getting on my hands and knees worked better! But that's hard work ... and I'm not getting any younger! Thought this one was different to others and purchased it. Best buy ever! Easy, quick and the e cloth can be washed. Definitely recommend this!

I'd give it six stars if I could!

I clean homes professionally and I LOVE this mop! It is so easy to use, can cover a large space without rewetting, and leaves a clean streak free surface. I used to mess with steam mops, but didn't like big floors because I'd have to move around the plug and if they don't work for some reason you're just screwed. Or I'd be using literally five swiffer pads and they still left streaks. Or bulky buckets that I'd have to dump in the tub and clean up after.With this I just soak a clean pad and zip around the whole floor with it then toss it in my dirty laundry bag with my rags. It is so manueverable and I love love love the handle which telescopes way down and with a simple twist can extend to whatever position you want. It is also very sturdy so you can scrub at any tough spots without worrying about breaking or bending the pole.

A convenient, natural clean! Who knew it could be so easy?

Just ordered and used this for the first time on my travertine floors that can't handle any chemicals and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy this was to use and how quickly I cleaned my floors. No buckets of water to lug around, the wide head covered much more area than my mop did and I was even able to easily wipe down the base boards with minimal effort. On top of that, it dried super quickly with no streaks! I used to have to mop and then dry mop to remove streaks -- NO MORE!The only down side is that I had to rinse the cloth 3 times throughout the clean in order to get the best cleaning power, but I used to swap out dirty mop water 3 times, so this is much easier.I'm not sure how this e-cloth can kill 99% of bacteria, but I'll take their word for it. My floors are sparkling! I can't believe I didn't think of this sooner. I have to give props to Jordan Page's YouTube channel for turning me onto this tool. Thanks, Jordan!

Leaves water streaks, but still worth it!

This mop did a pretty decent job cleaning compared to a swiffer. My complaint is that with just water it left streaks all over my floor. Not a deal breaker but something to find a way around. Maybe using a little cleaner would make it streak free? I usually mop by hand because we only mop once a month or so. We bake often and get food on the floor that is a bit more difficult to get up. This mop did a good job getting basic stuff, but I had to get down and scrub off the tougher bits. That being said it made mopping much quicker and was very easy to use. The swivel head is a really nice feature. Being able to rinse off the dirt from the removable mop head so easily and wash when needed is a huge plus! I gave it four stars still because the ease and cleaning ability is perfect for regular mopping. I decided to start mopping once a week and after baking if we have spills instead of waiting because it makes it so quick and easy. I definitely recommend it.

Best mop ever!

This mop does an AMAZING job of cleaning with JUST WATER!! I am amazed at how clean my floors are after using this mop. It is truly unlike anything else I have tried (I have used natural cleaners, swiffers-you name it.). The size and shape is PERFECT! It is slim enough (height) to slide under my kitchen appliances, furniture etc..and yet the perfect width so that it covers a wider swath while mopping (saving you time). I love how the mop head swivels up to clean baseboards as well. I also purchased the dry mop attachment which is literally like a magnet (SOOO much better than my disposable dry mop pads.) The customer service is prompt and incredible (I had a small question which they resolved quickly.) BUY THIS! You will not be disappointed!

Economical

I purchased this mop unit a while ago but wanted enough time and use to write a fair review. Like another reviewer here, who provided a video, while this is an economical alternative to the Norwex Environcloth products, it does not clean to the same degree. Nor is it as durable.I have used Norwex products for some years and, yes, they are quite a bit more expensive but their durability and effectiveness are obvious in comparison. This E-cloth mop is lightweight and easy to assemble and use. The head is smaller in area to the Norwex model and the handle is not as sturdy. It is, however, adequate for its intended use.I did do a cleaning comparison by using the E-cloth mop on a section of my kitchen floor, then a Norwex product. The Norwex Environcloth mop came up soiled a bit more after using the E-cloth. Which is to say that the E-cloth is not as effective at cleaning. After just over six months use, the border binding is showing wear and fraying. The weave of the E-cloth microfiber is not as dense/thick as the Norwex but it does work pretty well for quick mop ups. Also, the mop pad is easy to take off, put on and is machine washable.Over all, it's a good product and an economical alternative to using a higher grade product. Recommended.

Good for everyday, not for real messes

I was a little disappointed in this mop for two reasons: It does not have much "scrubbing" power. If anything is stuck to the floor/sticky etc it just passes over it, making it wet but doesn't clean it off at all. It does not really remove anything from the floor except your everyday dirt and dust. You will still need to get down and scrub with a sponge/etc for real messes. You also need to sweep or vacuum very well prior to use as it doesn't pick up crumbs/pet hair etc and will just push it around in front of it. The good things though outweigh those issues. It works about as well as a swiffer BUT you don't go through multiple heads per mopping and therefore aren't creating a lot of waste. It also doesn't have those horrible chemical smells that swiffer pads leave behind. No residue, etc. I also love that the head is so flat it can really get under the stove and fridge unlike traditional mops or swiffers. In summary I'd say it works just as well as (though not better than) a swiffer but without waste or chemicals! It doesn't have great scrubbing power for messes but is fine for keeping your floor clean from dirt etc.

Incredible!

I have been using a swiffer for years and it constantly flips over when I am cleaning my floors. It also has a very small square footage head for cleaning. I decided, based on the reviews, to buy this mop. Wow, I was really missing out on the benefits of this mop. The head is super wide which is amazing at cleaning a lot faster, yet the frame doesn't go to the edges so if you have to squeeze in a tight spot, no problem. The mop just glides over the floors with little effort and never flips over. Also, the pad that it comes with leaves the floor practically dry and streak free, more than I can ever say about my swiffer. The best part, I used water on the floors and my shoulder didn't hurt afterwards , which has been a problem I thought I had to live with. I seriously want to tell all my friends about this mop, I just don't want to sound crazy, but I love to clean the floors now. I also ordered the glass cleaning e-cloths and they are just as good and never leave a single streak with water. Simply amazing. This is a great product, you won't be sorry if you get it.

PERFECT MOP!

I rarely bother to write a review, but I just received this mop today and took it for a test drive. Everything about it is indeed perfect. Takes 5 seconds to snap the head on, the size is just right, not too big to get everywhere, and not so small as to make the job take forever. I like to use Costco microfiber cloths (the yellow ones) sometimes when my floors are really dirty, I grab about 6 of them and dip them in a bucket with vinegar and a drop of dish soap. With this mop I can take off the pad it came with and the velcro does a great job of holding the Costco cloths in place. I use both sides of the cloth, toss it aside and grab another, all the floors are done in 5 minutes and the cloths all go into the washer. I'll use the included pad for touch ups, it works great with no water for dusting, and lightly dampened it cleans dried on crud with no effort.The handle loosens with a tiny twist of the upper part, and I can change the length of it in a second flat, perfect for getting every square inch under the bedsI am an engineer and am always thinking how I would have made a product better - not with this mops, it is indeed "spot on", wouldn't change a thing. Looks like it should last for years and years, very well made!

E-Cloth: EXCELLENT Products and EXCELLENT Customer Service!

I have this e-cloth mop and love it. I have tried so many different mops and never been happy with any of them. But this one handles well and swivels to get you into corners and behind toilets and such. The mopheads (the removable cloth pads) stay attached while you're mopping, but are easy to remove and toss in the wash when you're done. I prefer to have a couple pads to do the whole house and then wash them in the washing machine, rather than washing them out quickly by hand and putting them back on the mop to finish the job. And an added bonus: E-Cloth has EXCELLENT Customer Service! I called and did not have to sit on hold. The automated system transferred me right away to the correct department. I got voicemail and left my name and phone number and wondered when - or if - I would be called back. I think it was less than 15 minutes when I received a call, from a person whose first langauge was English no less, so I could easily understand her!!! Impressive! My problem was resolved within minutes. I highly recommend this mop - and all of their e-cloths, for that matter. I think I have them all!! I have designated cloths for use in the kitchen (and scouring pads), for the bathrooms, for dusting, for mirrors, for computer and TV screens, and for cleaning my car!!!

Worth every penny!

I very rarely take the time to leave a review on a product, but I felt a sense of responsibility to write a review of this mop. I recently bought a home with a combination of hardwood, wood laminate, and slate flooring throughout. The floors are beautiful but even when I washed them on my hands and knees, they would still make the bottom of my socks dirty. I had a bulk order of wet cloths for my Swifter that I was working my way through with the promise that I would try an ecloth mop when they were gone. Well, I got tired of waiting and indulged myself with what seemed to be an almost frivolous $40 purchase...for a MOP with great reviews. IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY! I mopped the entire house with water only, and my floors are beautiful. No longer do I wipe a spill or crumbs off the kitchen floor and see a black paper towel. It wipes clean. I am not sure what magic is in this mop, but I am thrilled!

Just the thing that I needed for my hard floors!

This is probably one of the easiest mops that I’ve ever used and I’ve used quite a few over the years. I use them to clean my hard wood and tile floors and it leaves no streaks. No residue or buildup either…that’s already a win for me! Its easy to assemble too, you just attach the handle into the mop base.To clean, you just have to wet the mop head and wring it out. Attach it to the base and you’re ready to go. It's easy and quick. I usually end up rinsing the head 2-3 times during the job. The best part is that you don’t have to use any chemicals or cleaner, all you need is water. I was skeptical about it at first but it really does a good job at getting rid of the dust and debris…much better than the Swiffer that I was using at least. If you want to though you can mix in a bit of vinegar. Let me tell you the telescoping handle also makes mopping a lot easier- it’s perfect for people who have a bad back like me. You can pretty much adjust it to any length you desire. Its light and easy to maneuver too.The only caveat is that the cloth doesn’t really grab onto pet hair. I have a golden doodle who likes to shed so you can see where the problem is. After reading what a few people had to say, I ended up getting some for the mop. The size is not completely the same but they attach just as easily to the bottom. They do a good job of getting rid of the dog hair and wash easily in the washer.As long as I’m able to swap out the pads, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy this product again. It’s sturdy and worth the money in my opinion.

Quality Mop

The mop heads easily attach with Velcro to the handle system.. First use the dry one followed by the wet one to clean. Prep the wet one just as you would any other microfiber cloth.I almost didn’t get this one. I’m not really into mopping floors but we have a dog. These floors hide everything! They really never look dirty at all. Max does a pretty good job of taking care of any food that might make it down there. Until the dog hair really starts to pile up in little tumbleweeds all over the place, I can completely ignore the floors.Long black dog hair is the bane of my existence and why I was so excited that our new house doesn’t have much carpet or stairs. In case you don’t know what “bane of my existence” means, it means that I’d rather have Bane the super-strong, mask-wearing Batman villain all over my house than dog hair. At least he could possibly prove to be useful around the house, like when I wanted to clean behind the stove or under the fridge. LOL I’m so silly. I don’t clean there until I paint or we have to move.Ok, sorry. I got sidetracked…Unlike my old Swiffer mop thing, this is much larger and just glides easily everywhere that stupid hair hides. Sorry...It picks up dry like a champ. What I’m not wild about is what to do with the giant pile of grossness that it collects. Right now, I use the hose on my vacuum to suck up the pile and to clean off whatever sticks to the dry mop head. It works.
