Shipped damaged and they have not reshipped all the parts needed to finish the install after 3+ weeks and multiple attempts with online home depot customer support. Not sure i will ever shop at home depot again. Worst experience ever.

My daughter was moving back from college and needed to upgrade for her closet. Instructions were a little complicated but worth the six hour install.

Instructions

Delivery was on time. Robust Panels .only concerned is instruction was not detailed enough end up watching on installation on youtube but it was easy to figure out once you watch the video.

Looks nice, very time consuming

The middle unit w the drawers and shelves seem sturdy and have fine finishes. It took two of us a couple of evenings (work full time, have little kids) to get it assembled, plan on it taking hours. We also had to cut the poles and top pieces since our closet is not wide enough for the full length of the side poles. We thought the bottom of the drawers was not secured enough to the walls so we added some additional fasteners under the unit.

Overall good quality fit perfectly in my small closet. I was missing a few pieces so had to run the hardware store. So just check the box before you start the project

Super Easy

The unit my customer ordered arrived on time and luckily undamaged. Excellent idea this tracks system. All materials are of good quality with multiple color options. Instructions are lacking, but there really isn't much to it if you follow the videos posted on Lowes website. I wish all manufacturers would make drawer assembly this simple. My guess is that this closet is over engineered to be durable yet incredibly easy to assemble. My customer loved it as I and will be re-doing all of her closets with this type of system. It's worth the buy, and if you get it on sale, it's even better. Only time will tell how it holds up. everyone treats things differently, but I don't see an issue arising any time soon. I would recommend this item if you are specific with your closet organization needs but get someone to build it and remember this last bit, if your closet is less than 8 ft in length, have your installer measure 3 times and then cut the parts. It will pay off in the end.

I put the 96 in. and the 60 in. Closet System into our master closet with ease. Based on other reviews, I screwed into every stud possible. Then where the vertical panels would more than 2" from a stud, I used the toggle bolts. I'm confident it will be there for many years. Also, the light gray looks fantastic! Eventually, I'll purchase additional Evolution closet systems for every closet of our house. I would note that most likely your walls, like mine, are not perfectly plumb and square. So the top shelf had to be cut on a slight angle. No way around this. But if you are a bit handy, you can cut it to fit.

Looks great and works wonderful. It took about 2 hours to cut to size and install with the help of a friend.

This assembly wasn’t hard to install it did take longer than I expected but I did it by myself. Instructions were simple except the drawer install which took adjusting . Overall it looks great and is quite functional.

Great piece. Clear directions, easy to assemble.

The instructions were not straight forward in that 3 languages mixed into a single instruction not in the greatest order was difficult to follow while assembling. I have installed other closet systems and would consider myself an advanced DIYer, however this is not a cookie cutter stem it does require customization.

The system was very easy to install inspite of mis-printed and ambiguous installation instructions.

Panels arrived cracked like others have reported. A replacement was sent by the company and those too were cracked. I definitely don’t recommend this closet organizer

The closet came with two different colors of shelving half was brown have was white. Very disappointing

Honest Review

So, first this is particle board, its not high quality furniture. One piece was damaged, which customer service quickly shipped a new piece. The unit is somewhat difficult to assemble and the instructions are not that great. Take you time and read carefully, if you are not a DIYer I do not recommend you try this project. Some pieces were not predrilled correctly and needed some adjusting. The knob screws are not long enough to go through the front of the drawer, so I had to buy longer screws. With that said, I like the unit and would buy it again BUT only on sale $399 is the max I would pay for this unit.

Definitely not for a novice Read

Was not happy with the instructions and some of the instructions were wrong. I have a lot of experience in assembling stuff like this matter fact I just got through doing kitchen that was over 1000 ft.². Took me three days to build all those cabinets and everything came out great, but this one was something else.
