Reliable Scale

This was a replacement for my Precision Eat Smart scale that finally stopped working after 20 years or so of service in my kitchen. A most excellent product.

Incorrect measurements !!

Everything seemed to be nice until I tried to weigh items. I placed several items that were supposed to weigh a specific amount of grains and the measurements were incorrect. Im sure there will be countless people that believe the measurements were correct and just ended up using the wrong amount.

This little scale is precise and easy to use. It doesn't take up much space. I think it is stylish, too. I like the large readout, and the fact that you have a choice of several weight units, including metric. You can tare it, although I usually don't. I like that it comes in a choice of colors; I chose silver. This scale received high ratings on other websites that rate kitchen scales. I'm glad I chose it.

I'm not one to waste one's time doing reviews as it does not benefit me, but I always appreciated others' reviews when I'm looking at something in particular. If you're looking for an easy to use food scale, simple that gets the job done.. this is it. It does what it claims, simple switching between units, on/off and tare function. Don't question yourself, just buy it now and save yourself the hassle. I wish you all the best in your journey. :)

Dud - and prior returned item sold as 'new'

Wayfair, shipping thru Walmart.com, is shipping defective scales that cannot tare and are returns from prior customers. Returning and if I have any problems, I will complain to my credit card company for the full refund. Tired of this behavior from unscrupulous vendors.

Easy to use, accurate, compact. A must for any serious cook. This is a repeat purchase-my old one was doing just fine........until it got dropped into a sink full of water........me bad.......it never recovered. But the price on this scale is so good, I had no problem with just replacing it. It's a great product!

YOU Gotta Have One Of These!

Very ACCURATE, Tare feature works GREAT! In case someone isn't familiar with what the TARE feature is,,, IT "ZERO'S out the plate, bowl or any container you would put food into so you are only weighing the food and NOT the container! Just the right size to leave on your kitchen counter and not take up too much room. A larger plate makes the scale kinda of hard to see to read it, so you have to be a little careful there, but it is a 'small" trade of for the quality of this scale IMHO! Size is about 8 long, 5 1/2 wide, 1 1/2 inches high,,, Love it!!!

Awesome food scale

Very precise scale. Very easy to use. Had another digital scale but the spring wasn't as well as this so it always show different weight. Comes with free batteries.
