This looks fine. Installation was complicated and my contractor complained a lot. However I am reviewing this about 2 years after we installed it. After about six months, signs of rust appeared on the top stainless parts and just increased. I have not been able to remove them.

This eclipse fully frameless sliding door did not disappoint. I have used Wayfair for so many items in my remodel and they have arrived so well packaged.

Easy to install and looks gorgeous. I will use this glass shower door in my other bathrooms as I renovate them. Great quality and great value. I had to contact the company because one of the plastic gaskets was bent in transit. I had purchased the door and put it aside for a number of months. When I contacted the company to replace the gaskets, once I gave them in information they required, the gaskets were shipped out at no cost for replacement and no shipping fee. The instructions, both written and the video, were extremely clear and easy to follow.

I looks great, but it leaks at the bottom of the panel (the side with the handle). I finally went back to look at the product images and videos, and it appears there’s supposed to be a metal plate/strip on that side, which would prevent the water from leaking out underneath. We didn’t receive that metal piece. Is there any way to get a replacement?

The quality of the product is excellent.

Sliding door shattered. Twice. Injured my installer. Huge mess. Still finding glass. My contractor said that for whatever reason the sliding door is much thinner and so that may be why it shatters. The Fixed door with huge gap on wall edge. The “bronze” color is really just a light yellow gold. Not really bronze.

Don’t buy from this vendor

Ordered 2 doors by Glass Warehouse. One arrived, one was left as delayed for multiple days. Called Lowes who said that their notes showed FedEx noted the product was damaged in shipping and reached out to vendor. Lowes said I would have to call vendor (Glass Warehouse) directly. Vendor was not only rude but said that “they do communicate with the shipper and do not get updates from them.” They also told me that they have to deal with “1000’s of replacements.” Should have been a sign. After a lot of hassle, I got them to ship the damaged glass piece again. It appears that it has once again been damaged in shipping as FedEx shows the package as delayed and it’s been sitting in a warehouse for 5 days. I called the company again who said I had to email. I emailed, no response yet. While they insist that I have to allow 48 hours, it would seem that a reasonable company would be concerned that this was now the second time it’s been damaged. The guy on the phone said that they don’t know what happens with FedEx, they must throw the packages. To me, seems like the problem is poor packing given I’ve had PLENTY of fragile things delivered by FedEx without issue. So I still haven’t received my replacement and this company is awful to work with and it’s now almost a month later and likely to take much longer given they can’t figure out packing or track their packages. There are other vendors/manufacturers available. Glass Warehouse sucks and you will be delayed!!

great looking well made

this shower kit was a great option for my 2 wall shower. There is a lot of engineering and designing that went into the making of this unit. Following the installation instructions it turned out great.

Save yourself the trouble go with Kohler

Cheap Coating on the hardware, it scratches very easy. Glass clarity seems to be subpar to other brands with similar products. Customer service is willing to respond but unwilling to actually assist.

Great Buy

Very pleased with these doors we purchased for our primary shower. We had them professionally installed and they look beautiful. Definitely recommend. Great value for the cost.

These doors worked out great bc I have a 66” tub and could not find appropriate doors without paying a high cost for something custom.

This shower door looks beautiful. It fits perfectly into the shower opening and was easy to install, however it does take two people. Instructions were easy to follow and the online video was especially helpful. Would definitely buy again and recommend to others.

Shower door was perfect for what we wanted! And a great price! The door came chipped, so worked with customer service to get a replacement and they were excellent! Got us the new door very quickly for our project!

I really like this shower door. Quality parts and easy to follow instructions. I installed myself in 2 hours. Drilling the tile is the longest part. Get a proper drill bit to speed it up. Has held up well for 3 months so far.

This shower door is very beautiful and the thickness of the glass is really durable and smooth finishing.And most important thing is this door is adjustable.It looks like more expensive than the price. I was scare to order it online but when my handyman installed it i was super surprised of the quality,I’m satisfied with my best purchase also I recommend to everyone who needs shower door.

Terrible Customer Service/Damaged Product

I purchased my shower door & it came perfectly packed. All of the hardware was in a box with foam for each piece. My very experienced glass installer was baffled by a scraping noise coming from the one roller. He spent a lot of time trying to solve the problem w/no luck. I called Customer Service and they said to video tape the problem which I did. They emailed me back and said I received a DAMAGED roller. They were sending me a new roller. I asked for compensation for a defective part bc I am now going to have to PAY AGAIN for the installer to come out and replace THEIR DEFECTIVE PART! Their reply: We do not send out damaged items and unfortunately, we cannot always determine how or/if a part has been damaged in transit or during installation, we have offered a replacement regardless. We do however ask that the customer refrains from scheduling installers until all necessary parts for a complete installation are received and inspected for any damages/missing items. This is to prevent additional installation fees, which are out of our control. I had all the parts, they were inspected, & they are obviously in pristine condition ie..not dropped with dings The roller was not outwardly damaged at all. My installer, who does this EVERY DAY said he believes there was some kind of O ring missing on the roller. U can see there is some space in pic 1 but no space in pic 2. When a company DOES NOT stand behind their product & tries to say there is no way to know what the problem is or when it happened....STAY CLEAR! As I told customer service I have 2 more bathrooms to do and WILL NOT be using their product. When people ask me abt the door I will say it's not worth the chance. My designer, contractor and installer will also never recommend THIS COMPANY.

High Quality Door

This is a really nice door with high quality hardware. It appears to be essentially identical to doors from local glass companies that quoted over $3000 installed. Installation requires 2 people and attention to detail. If your walls and threshold are plumb, level, and flat (or pretty darn close) you should get great results. Also, this came by truck in about 10 days, delivered in 2 big cardboard boxes for the glass and a couple smaller ones. My delivery was good with no damage or missing pieces. Printed instructions that were in the box were very clear and easy to follow. I was getting quotes for 6-8 week wait times from pro glass guys so this proved to be a great alternative and save me about 2 grand. The only thing I would say is if you have a non-standard or crooked opening, the install could get tricky very easily.

We are totally pleased with this door. Our customer absolutely loves it. The glass is thick and the hardware is very heavy. We found it pretty easy to install. We just ordered another one for a wider custom shower. Install on that one should go a bit quicker.

Customer service is horrible

Rudest, most combative and useless customer service I have received in a long time. Glass is Meh! Hardware, Mid! It's tightening up out there, customer service is going to be paramount. And yours is lame. Felt like I was arguing with my kid when she was 10. Never again

I was hesitant to order an item of this type without physically seeing it first but glad I did. The door is large, heavy and fragile, and had to ship over 2300 miles. The door arrived safely and in excellent condition. It is exactly what I was looking for in aesthetics and quality. I did have the door professionally installed.
