Best bed I have ever had! Best sleep ever even almost a year later. No dipping and still cools. My bf is a larger man and I am a smaller woman. Usually this causes dipping and uneven. I don’t even know when he gets up and comes back to bed, well worth it, I will say the loan company I used through this app was not very clear and I had to pay it off because it was coming out 2x a month and contract didn’t say that. Perfect Mattress!

I laid on a ton of mattresses and always came back to this mattress. Prices ranged from $500 to $8000.I'm a side sleeper who gets pain in my hips, shoulder and back. I can say with 100% certainty, I made the right choice when I purchased this mattress. It's been about 2 months and every night is a dream, this mattress is soooo comfortable. No more pain just perfect nights of deep sleep! I purchased the Plush model that still gives you good support while being soft in all the right places. I highly recommend it.

Sagging after 3 months!

We've had our mattress only 3 months and its already sagging... bad. We've rotated per instructions but it really has made no difference. We are very unsatisfied and are back to waking up with our backs hurting.

My 2 cents on this Harmony Lux hybrid med mattress.

I just received and purchased my mattress on Sunday (9-10-23) so to be fair I haven't had to many nights on this mattress and I know I'm suppose to give it at least 30 nights to get used to it . But from the 4-5 nights I've spent on it I will say it's ok but not what I initially expected it to be comfort wise. What I mean is it saids its a medium comfort bed but it actually feels more like a firm mattress. Unfortunately conn's didn't have a floor model out so I had to go off reviews and literature off the web page. So my am I happy with it No it's not as comfortable as my last mattress was at all and I'm in the process of trying to exchange it for another mattress since I haven't had it but a few days. So I will suggest that if your in the market for any mattress to go test it out at the store and if they one your interested it like this mattress just happens to not be in store I suggest you ask the to get it in the store so you can make sure it's what u want so you don't have to deal with the hassle of getting it swapped out. Beside the comfort level the mattress is good like it does keep you cooler at night it works great on any adjustable base and it seems to be well built which at 2k it should be right. So I'm conclusion if you are a person who likes a more firmer feeling mattress than this is a great choice for you but if your like me and you prefer a firm soft feeling mattress that has stability and strength but also cushioning for that soft body conforming feeling than this is not the mattress for you... After first purchasing the Simmons BeautyRest Harmony Lux Hybrid Trilliant series Medium mattress (queen) and trying it for 17 days, I wanted something firmer, so I exchanged it for the Simmons BeautiyRest Harmony Lux Hybrid Empress Firm mattress. Despite having been informed by the saleswoman (at our local "America's Mattress" store) that there would be no fees for exchanging the mattress, I was billed 20% ($250.00) and $99.00 for the exchange delivery. This was very disturbing, to say the least, but since the first mattress was so uncomfortable I paid the extra $349.00 and hoped that the second option would be an improvement. At first, it seemed to be better, but the mattress has gradually sagged and after only eighteen months it has become overly soft, with a "mushy" feeling that does not provide the firm support that I need. I have developed severe pain in my lower back that clearly is exacerbated by this mattress, since the pain is especially severe when I get out of bed in the morning. (I have not experienced this pain after sleeping on 4-star hotel mattresses, so I'm convinced that this BeautyRest mattress is causing issues.) I will never buy another BeautyRest mattress and I certainly will never trust the salespeople at "America's Mattress". Less

Comfy, Supportive... HEAVEN!!

I don't normally leave reviews but this mattress deserves that much from me! LolI knew I needed a somewhat firm but comfy, supportive bed! I never went to the store to do the lay down and test it thing... I read the description and bought it! Let me tell ya, I can't stay out of it!Best decision I could have possibly made. Delivery was excellent and on time. They were friendly and quick. Love love love my bed! I also got an adjustable frame. Love it too !! Happy Texas girl:)

Best Hybrid Ever

This bed is so comfy for those who toss ans turn and wake up with body aches. My body feels so much more relaxed. It is still firm enough for belly sleeping.

I’m picky about mattresses. Firm but with cushion for side sleeping. This is perfect.

We ordered 2 new mattresses and are very pleased with them both. It took some adjusting at first, but we are happy with the purchase.

My clients think this is a beautiful mattress!! They purchased for their daughter's room.. Heck they said better then their mattress.. LOL very soft, light floating on air!!

BAD POST SALES SERVICE

A BROKEN AND DEFORMED MATTRESS WAS DELIVERED AND TAKING 15 DAYS TO SOLVE IT!

So comfortable, I just want to be in bed all the time! I had previously picked a bed with a different brand and it was to firm and I could not get a good rest. This is the perfect comfort between firm and plush. Being a back surgery patient this is just what was needed.

I have had it for a couple of months already and it still hasn’t broken and I had to put a 2 inch foam topper on it in order to be comfortable. And the thing is you have to pay big money to return it to get something else
