Very solid furniture

Very very solid piece of furniture. It's made out of high density polyethylene (recycled), and will last longer than the grand canyon. VERY heavy...it says 50 lbs. online, but it feels much heavier. If you put it on pavement, you can maybe slide it around. If it's on grass you'll have to pick it up.

Good overall quality, difficult to assemble

PROS: Heavy, strong polywood, dark brown color is pleasing. Sturdy after assembly, strong bolts, large t-handle allen wrench helps. 20 year warranty with phone number for support.

A VERY NICE PIECE OF QUALITY POOL , PATIO FURNATUR

Great product I my self thought it was a very comfortable lounge. The people visiting thought it maybe needed an arm support of some kind. These were there response and have nothing to do with quality of the item. As far as quality the chase lounge has plenty of that. This chase is simple to assemble yet is not lacking in strength or durability. This particular model came without rear wheels, nice for stability but a bit cumbersome to move around. Some what heavy but very solid piece of patio furniture. This lounge would complement any pool or patio, completely weather proof and shows quality in construction and material. Four stars a bit high end pricing , but a very nice quality , easy assembly, item. I think arm rest would take this model to 5 stars, but there is nothing wrong with this style on it's own, just my opinion.

Very sturdy

I love the color - slate grey. It is very heavy and made to last for many years. Will not rot away like other chaise lounge chaise I have bought in the past.

Great price for Polywood. This material can be left outside in all weather types and it will last and look like new.

Father’s Day gift

I bought one, loved it so much, I bought a second for my husband for Father’s Day. Great green color, look and low maintenance. Can be used with or without cushion, but a pillow helps add a little more comfort. This chair will last my lifetime, so it’s worth the investment to me.

Furniture is beautiful and seems

Furniture is beautiful and seems solid. I received my lounge chair and had some issues with the parts. All of the braces for the lounge chair were different sizes. There is nothing in the instructions that states different size braces go in different locations. I built the chair and the top of the chair wouldn’t recline all the way. I had to swap a brace for a longer one in order to get the chair to work properly. One of the braces was stripped. I contacted customer service and asked for a set of new braces for the chair so I could build it the right way. I was told BRACES were on the way. I received ONE brace. I still can’t tighten the bolts by the head of the chair all the way because the braces are too short. If I tighten the bolts fully I can’t lay the lounge chair completely flat. Bad quality control and don’t even think about calling to speak to someone on the phone. One hour wait every time. I never leave reviews but for the price I spent on these chairs I’m disappointed in the quality control.

Have only had the product for a couple weeks. Not easy putting item together, but the product seems very durable and I hope it holds up over time. My only issue with the product that in adjusting the lounge to lay flat, there is a adjustment arm that needs some kind of rubber caps on each end so that it doesn't scrape the surface of the deck, which I'm looking for at the moment.

Miserable at best to put together

For nearly $700 for two chairs, I would expect a better experience putting this chair together. We are not stupid people, and we have the whole line of Makita power-tools to assist. It was terrible. May I make a recommendation? DO THE INSTRUCTIONS IN REVERSE. If you do, you will have a totally easy experience putting this together. Read it as if they would if in China (where its manufactured). It was terrible to put together until we figured this out. Put a pillow under the two sections to join them and it will be a breeze. They recommend having a "friend" to help to put it together - do yourself a favor and don't ask a friend or spouse. They won't be your friend after. AFTER ASSEMBLY - the chair is beautiful, and we love them. They had better last longer than anyone in this household. Would buy them again... but would have cocktails before assembly. Would make the entire experience more enjoyable.

Nice chair for the money

Bought 4 of these chairs to replace aluminum ones that didn’t last 3 years. Hoping for a long life out of these plywood chairs. Can’t give a 5 star though because 2 of the 4 chairs came with a cross bar that was too short. For context, each chair comes with 4 crossbars that you use to attach the legs from each side. Out of the 15 total crossbars, 2 were too short and didn’t fit in the pocket correctly. I put in the request for damaged or missing parts on the site, but still haven’t heard back after a week. Gonna need those bars replaced, because without it sitting correctly in the pocket, just the screw is holding that crossbar. Not gonna be structurally stable.

Our new lounge chairs

Before finding this brand we had Home Depot's Hampton Bay back yard furniture. After the first few years the furniture started breaking up. After 5 years the furniture was garbage, rusting out and falling apart. Recently I stumbled on this company by searching for quality backyard furniture. The prices are much higher than what we paid for our original furniture but after reading reviews, warranty and how long the company has been in business I decided to take a chance. I will say that at this point I am 100% satisfied as these chairs feel solid, they are much heavier than our original. I like the feel, weight and love the look of these chairs. The only one part in the instructions that I had trouble with was determining which side the front legs by the feet go. After looking at several pictures online I figured it out. If they had a sticker on some of the parts stating L or R that would be a plus.

Meh!

Sturdy, but ridiculous to put together w/ hex tool supplied. I can put together anything, but needed husband's help & was still a hassle.Use a ratchet tool or drill w/ hex attachment. Sits too low to ground & seat is short- not good for tall people. One of slats is soft & pushes in easily. Ordered mahogany, but the color is blah & not deep rich color. A cushion is a must. I guess there is nothing wrong with them, but I am disappointed & probably will return. Kinda plain & ugly on my patio. Meh!

These chaise chairs are indestructible, and that is exactly what I wanted. I was tired of replacing wooden chairs left on the deck. these are more expensive but will last a lifetime. They are heavy and sturdy and will not fade, rot or peel. Exactly what I want. Well worth the money.

Sturdy chair and solid quality. The screws were a little hard to screw in so make sure you put the extra piece on your drill bit for an easier install. I bought a separate cushion for it. I can’t wait for the warm weather
