Excellent Smart Stat.

Excellent Stat. Replaced a Google Nest with this and there is no comparison. Ecobee Premium actually does what it's told and does it well. It is NOT GOOD at controlling yiour HVAC and a whole house DEHU with Fresh Air Ventilation. In my case I had to also purchase the Sante Fe DEH 3000 Controller for the DEHU in conjunction with the Ecobee Premium. These two units work well together.

Totally Unsatisfied!!!

We received the thermostats at our home but contact with the seller for installation was slow to come. When I reached out to the company concerning installation, they said that they are based in Canada and could not do the install. However, my credit card was charged for both the purchase of the thermostats as well as the installation. The return process allows for refund for the return of the thermostats but does not allow for refund for the cost paid for the installation, which we want.

Just Better

After something like 10 thermostat installs, I’ve finally found one that works. It’s smarter and better on many levels, but the key is that it is notably better at regulating both temperature and humidity throughout the house. It only took 24 hours to know this is the one I’ve been seeking for a long time.
