Great looking!

This is a beautiful and practical cage. Easy to assemble. The only down thing is that the screws are plastic and they can easily strip. For me only one did, but I was able to work with it and keep it like that.

Cheap cheap cheap

The front door metal bars all fell off and my dogs were able to climb over. Material is cheap plastic and not reliable!

Poor delivery

The crate was purchased to keep an anxious dog safe. It arrived broken, obviously smashed up in transit. I was able to make it work for now, but it's not fully stable. While I recognize it's not exactly Chewy's fault, I will not be buying again.

I love the look of it, but more importantly, my dog loves it! It’s a great size for my chihuahua. It’s held up great since we got it. Thanks!

Nice concept, keeps falling apart

Nice concept, love the idea of using a create for dual purposes, such as end table or furniture piece. This is really poorly made. It just keeps falling apart. Very wobbly. For what I paid, even on sale, I cannot recommend.

Escape Proof

Luna(tic) has broken out of three different style crates because she thinks she is a free range chicken. We finally have a crate that she can't use her tongue and body to get the lock open. And, believe me, she has tried. Everyone says this crate looks like an old Wild West style jail and when she is staring at you through the bars, they think she looks like Billy the Kid trying to devise a way to break out.

It was exactly as pictured and arrived exactly on time, two days after being ordered.

New dog crate

We were looking for something that would look nice with our living room furniture and this crate did the job! Looks very nice.

The setup was really easy once I watched the video online and understood the parts, but the installation directions are useless. Save yourself the headache and watch the video online. I would only recommend the sale price on this crate as it’s not the best quality, but for $119, it’s worth it to have a nice ambiance in your living room without such an eye sore. Overall, I am happy with it for the price.

Perfect puppy cave

As our puppy was growing (and growing, and growing some more) we realized we needed a bigger crate than the sky kennel we originally purchased. We don't fly her around, so a furniture style crate seemed like a better idea. We were right. It is HUGE, but our puppy is getting huge too. (Measure your avaible space before ordering?) Buying a crate that will last her lifetime was a priority. She is very comfortable in her crate, enjoys hanging out in her bed. We added a dog mattress. We have the crate next to our bed, which makes it a convenient bedside table (PLENTY of room for anything you could possibly want to have at your bedside).

Perfect Palace for Precious Pomeranians

When we first adopted our pups we bought inexpensive portable crates not knowing if we'd use the crate method. They became their comfy beds until they grew a bit too big! So, I purchased these in the small size as a more permanent den and they look great and are absolutely perfect! We put them together effortlessly and like the fact that they are made of recyclable non-metal material. Yes!

Easy to put together and just the right size

Plastic bolts/screws fall out!

I am looking for a way to contact the company for replacement of the plastic screws that hold the crate together. They fall out over time and go missing and the crate is then not solid!

Broken on arrival

Box had shown up with holes in it and security tape ripped and box banded together. Plastic inside of top lid was snapped and broken.

This crate works great and was easy to set up. Penny loves it and it goes well with our furniture. Everyone comments on how attractive.

Unused but Nice

Our dog refuses to use it, despite all efforts, but it's a nice looking piece that was pretty easy to assemble.
