Simple, clean design and works well. Criticisms are more often than not due to improper installation. I’ve done a lot of building and renovating in the last 15 years and Hansgrohe is about as problem free a brand as I’ve found.

The quality of materials is exceptional and modern styling.

Easy to use

Easy to use. Hot is at 1:00 cold at 5:00.

Terrible design and reliability!!

Installed three of these in a recent remodel. After only a year, one leaks. Plus the handle collar locking screw continues to back out causing a wobbly handle. I used a gob of Hard as Nails to lock it down. Hahnsgrohe sent me a replacement cartridge but what fun having to replace it after only one year! I have Deltas and Moens in rentals and they're fine after ten years. Beware!

Don’t buy unless your shower is as big as a room because it’s a diverter for 3 sources and way to much hardware .

Doesn’t feel substantial, has 3 options...and feels like tin, got no support from expert sales person. All wrong

This is a beautiful valve that really looks amazing in my new shower! Love the modern and simple lines of this unit! Came nicely packaged and was simple enough to install, replacing my old chrome one. Along with my other stainless shower head and hardware, it really completes the look and gives me a very high end fit and finish. The mechanism is very smooth and repels water well. Highly recommend to freshen up any shower with stainless!

We had to redo the rough and finish plumbing in our shower, so the work was done by a plumber. My only complaint is the the handle moves so easily that it is easy to accidentally change the temperature. I don't know if this is normal or how it was installed. Otherwise it is great to have a functioning shower. The plumber was shocked at how low the price was for this brand. Way more if you buy locally.

This is the most basic trim offered by Hansgrohe. We installed it with Hansgrohe 3/4 in. iBox Universal Plus Rough with Service Stop: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Hansgrohe-3-4-in-iBox-Universal-Plus-Rough-with-Service-Stop-01850181/202899764 in our shower stall and have been very happy with the result so far. The installation instructions were clear - the only challenge was in adjusting temperature - our unit's temperature adjustment valve was a bit tight. Overall, we like its simple yet classy look and how well it matches our Hansgrohe shower unit.

This is a beautiful example of excellence. Hansgrohe has lived up to their name again with this Trim Kit and Pressure Balance Valve. The finish is absolutely beautiful and the quality is unbelievable. The only thing that I would caution people about is that they need to know what it is they are buying. This trim kit includes the Pressure Balance Valve but not the Hot/Cold Water Valve. I would check it out but in a nut shell ... you will absolutely need the Hot/Cold Water Rough-in Valve on any new installation.

The pressure balance handle is of great quality. The elegance of the handle gives a touch of class to my shower and gives me a good feeling just being in there. The chrome is very shiney and gives a mirror like shine by sight. It has a heavy or quality feel and definitely is of the best quality I have ever seen in a shower handle. It made my old handle look cheap and that was never the vibe I got before. I do have to get another piece to install it properly and when I do I will update my review but definitely a 5 star item

This Hansgrohe chrome handle is elegant, simple and of excellent value. It’s sleek design and high quality material set it apart from other handles. The Hansgrohe ibox is the rough required to install this product. Again, it does not include the valve and specifically calls for the ibox. Due to this, instillation is more complicated. It has a temperature control and on/off switch for one valve. Again, the design is what is distinct about this handle, and the quality is assured with the reputation Hansgrohe can provide. This is a great product I recommend
