Never Again!

Very bad experience. Ordered all products I needed for my new bathroom. Your representative who worked with me ordered products that could not work. She should have known better. Then you guys said they were giving me the correct plumbing g supplies. Again it was wrong! I lost so much time that I had to settle for shower plumbing that I did not want but was pressed for time since this was a rental property! I ordered in November for January installation and I was told all was in stock. That was true all was in stock but what I got did not work in the shower. I was completely dissatisfied! Not even worth one star except for the fact your showroom is beautiful unfortunately you can’t get what you claim!

It's made out of plastic.

The Hansgrohe Ecostat Dual Function Thermostatic Valve Trim front plate is made out of plastic. Extremely disappointed, this product is getting returned.
