I'm giving 4 stars for the great customer service from All Modern. The PILLOW, however, is 1 star (or even ZERO). It came with this horrible smell (like a greasy, factory, industrial scent) that literally wouldn't leave no matter how many washes, airing by a window, sitting in sun. Then the scent was stuck in our room. The scent was stuck and very strong but eventually it left and All Modern fixed it by giving us a refund without making things harder for us. So, it makes me willing to give All Modern another chance (but definitely not this pillow).

These pillows are awful. If i could give zero stars I would. They were two different colors of yellow, one is horribly misshapen in a way that couldn't be hit out, AND there was a black stain on one. Then I had to go back and forth with wayfair because they were going to make me pay to return them. I would NOT recommend these.

I bought this in Dark Green along with other pillows. This and the Steph Square are the family's favorites because they are soft and can be used for relaxing or napping. Good size and quality. It adds a nice background pillow for others with patterns

Beautiful color, but it looks like the fabric has a few places that had been touched by razor blades in a few places. It doesnt look like it affected the backside of the fabric (i.e. no concerns of ripping) but the nap of the fabric is definitely frayed. Oh well. Its gonna be a throw on my bed, so Im not highly concerned, just not thrilled with the quality control.

A very high quality pillow. Very soft and can be removed and laundered if needed. I ordered two different colors and they are vibrant and beautiful. They gave my sofa an elegant look. The delivery was right on time and they pillows were well packaged. Thanks Wayfair for another great product.

Love these pillows, however, the soft velvet material is only on one side! The other side is just a solid color material that is not very thick at all. I am not sure if it will hold up to two dogs and nieces and nephews. This is the reason for knocking off a start, otherwise, they are nice pillows and the color is pretty. Just fyi - I got the orangered and it is not very bright as shown in photos. Worked out for me because I love the color as is and I can leave them out for Thanksgiving as well!

Arrived defective, with improperly sewn seams so that there is puckering of the fabric in more than one place. Aside from the defect, the workmanship and materials are low quality. The color is drab and quite different from the image in the website. I realize colors can appear different because different computer monitors display colors differently. However I purchased more than one pillow in this order, and the color of the one I loved matched its image on the screen perfectly. It was from a different manufacturer. I am confused by customer service’s response when I reported the defect. I was told I would have to pay return shipping because customer dissatisfaction with the quality of a product does not merit a free return. In my opinion, the improperly sewn seam resulting in puckered fabric constitutes a defect. I will be calling customer service again to see if this can be resolved. In general I have been quite pleased with my purchases from the Wayfair family of companies, and with the customer service. I hope I can say the same after I have spoken with customer service again. In the meantime I have made a mental note never to consider any products from this manufacturer.

I've purchased these covers several times and have been very happy with them. This time I decided to buy a different color, Camel. It's not the same color as pictured. It's much lighter - more beige. It is still a pretty color; just different.

Bought the Blue color and it is a very dark blue, which is what I wanted. I’m glad I did not get the Navy Blue, as that color looks lighter in the picture. Fabric is very soft and velvety. Only negative is that the zipper is about 4 inches in from the seam, so they are not reversible.

As described. Nice deep blue. The down filling sheds a feather or two. Also purchased purple pillow, also down filling. I’d probably not spend the extra for the down. Go with the cheapest option.

The accent pillows were exactly what we needed to add elegance to our sofa. The colors were vibrant. The quality of the product was top notch. The size was exactly as stated in the webpage. They exceeded my expectations. This is a product I highly recommend. Shipping and delivery were timely and the pillows came in excellent condition.

I like this pillow case. And I am having the two that were shipped to me replaced. One arrived with the incorrect pillow filling and the other arrived with the correct fill, but a terrible stench to it. So, really the reason I am giving this pillow 3/5 stars is because of the pillow, not the cover. The pillow cover is great!

Looks nice, as long as you don't need to wash them

This is the exact mossy color pillow cover I've been looking for, so I was happy with them... but I have 2 small kids, so I do have to wash them from time to time (they like to drag it around the living room). They do not wash well. The inside of the cover gets all pilled up that clumps of fuzzy pills come out every time you wash them. I've washed them twice in the last year, and now they are starting to get holes and bald spots where velvet used to be. I am replacing them only after about 18 months of having them.

Love the feel of organic cotton velvet.

I love these cotton velvet pillow covers. I have 2 in the color "Cognac" that I've been using for 4-5 years and like them so much that I bought 2 more in green for a different room in our home. They're very soft to the touch and we actually use them when taking a nap on the couch. I've machine washed them many times and they always come out looking great. The color "Dark Green" is a beautiful earthy, dark saturated hue.

Perfect throw pillows for our couch.

These pillows exceeded my expectations. The pillows are just the right amount of soft and comfortable for taking a nap while still holding their shape. The deep green velvet cover adds both texture and pop to our neutral colored sofa. Excellent product and well made.

It's OK but pretty expensive for what it is. The olive green doesn't look anywhere near as vibrant of a color as it looks on website. It's a more muted olive vs the rich moss color in site pics. Pretty thin. Looks like something from TJ Maxx. I wouldn't buy them again but I'll hold on to the ones I have for now. Will probably replace with a better option in the future.

Don’t get the feather insert

I got these pillows in teal and they’re beautiful. The problem is the feather insert. Sharp feathers kept coming out poking my back. After a few weeks of this I had enough. I threw them out and ordered new feather inserts from Pottery Barn and I haven’t been poked by feathers since.

This is such a perfect color and blends so well with a variety of other colors in the house. The color from the website was true to what it looks like in person. And the insert makes it very comfortable and hold form for effortless style

Well. Not this wonderful color showed up. It was tan/brown boo! I kept what I got do to hassle of sending back. I plan to just get another cover. This is the first time of not getting what I ordered. I love everything else I have gotten from wayfair. They did give me a bit of a refund to keep it, like I wrote I will look for different cover to pullover.
