Not only did the toilet's complicated flushing system not work, I ordered a right flush toilet and they sent a left flush.

Great product no guess work no tools went together fast and easy
Easy installation. Sometimes plugs and needs plunging. I noticed water splashes on bowl edge and needs cleaning after each use. Not sure what’s happening ther.
Lowe's does not stand behind items
I will NEVER buy from Lowe's again. First time I ordered the toilet it arrived broken. I reordered it and they sent the WRONG tank. They said I had to contact the manufacturer directly. They would do NOTHING!!! Now I have to contact the manufacturer on Monday to reorder the tank. I haven't received my refund for the broken one and now I have to reorder. My credit card it tied up with charges that have not yet been refunded so NO Christmas at our house this year! Very poor service. If they aren't going to stand behind some items, they need to post this on the items. Will NEVER order from Lowe's again. This was my first experience with Lowe's and it will be my last!!!
