Loved the style but doesn't fit
We also had issues with the narrow ceiling plate! Went through all the work assembling it, which is complicated and takes a lot of time, and then it won't even cover the standard ceiling box as stated that it would! SO disappointed! We bought 2 individual pendant lights for our counter bar and they fit perfectly but this one was a major problem with stated measurements.
Unique lights for my dining area
I purchased this light fixtures a couple years ago and still love it. It was relatively easy to install and provides nice downward lighting over our table.
Nice light but misleading description
Wish it would have worked but the 5.75in width described is not accurate. The mounting plate is just shy of 4" and will not cover a 4" ceiling box. Would not recommend trying it even with the octogon box shown in the instructions or you'll risk it showing through. Only get this if you have a narrow box or whip!

Nice looking light fixture works well over the island. Would give more stars except for a few issues: The base is not wide enough to cover a 4-inch old work plastic light box. If you install on a plastic box, be aware of this problem, you will see about 1/4" of the box lip on either side. On this install I was relocating the ceiling box and ended using an outlet box instead of a light box. The other issue is the light has been hanging over a week and the wires still have bends in them. If this persists, I may add tubing to cover the wire or replace the light with something else.

These look great. I get lots of compliments on this light fixture. It does require a little patience adjusting the cords to get them all to the right length. Gives a lot of light over the island.

Great modern looking light fixture for the price. Adjustable length is nice. There are no directions on how to adjust the height/length so that is a little frustrating but can be figured out relatively easily depending on your handy skills (Probably not easy for the casual handyman). Also, the LED light bulbs are not the greatest quality. Dimming is not very bright and there isn't much of a brightness variance. I wonder if changing out the bulbs to a higher quality would improve the brightness?
