The diverter valve for the hand shower had to be replaced because no water would flow to the hand shower. Now I have to order a replacement diverter valve for the main shower because the water temperature is either scalding hot or freezing cold. I had my bathroom rennovated 2 weeks ago and I'm still having to shower in my kids' shower. I love the look and high quality of the faucet, but it appears I got a lemon product. Build.com did promptly replace the diverter and I am hoping that the same holds true for this additional replacement part. This is not a cheap faucet.
