Poor packaging. When the door arrived, one of the glass panels were cracked. I plan on reordering in hopes that I won’t have to return the next one

Solid Wood?

Just got the door delivered. Packaging was torn in multiple places. Upon opening the packaging the door looked great! After removing the door and inspecting it we found that it had been damaged in shipping. There was about a 2 inch gash caused by a drop on its edge most likely. After looking at it we noticed that the finish was paper thin and that the "solid core" was NOT "solid wood". It was more like particle board or compressed sawdust.

The door is awesome! However when I picked up the door from Home Depot, I noticed the packaging was damaged, I did not think much about it at the time, unfortunately the door was damaged. I did not have time to return, so I just repaired it the best I could.

We used this for a barn door between the primary bedroom and the bath. Looks and works great. Added a nice look to the room.

Arrived Damaged at 2nd attempt.

After a failed 1st delivery attempt, with no heads up or communication, the door finally arrived at a later date only to find out that the box and door was severely damaged. Needless to say we refused the product/delivery. We have now waited over 5 weeks for this barn door and will not be shopping with HD for deliveries anymore.

These are very nice and solid doors. Painted nicely with no blemishes. I currently have all three doors and they look great.

Great barn door. Very Solid and slides easily. The glass is milky so you can’t see clearly through it, you can make out a shadow of a person if they stand behind it. Only bad thing is it doesn’t lock, we used this as a master bath door, only 1 other in the bedroom so not a problem for us.

Solid! High quality! Heavy and overall gorgeous. I can’t believe we installed this. Looks like it came with our coastal farmhouse!

The frosted glass is what sets this door apart from a standard barn door.

Overall I'm happy with this door. The frost is just right. You can't really see in. It's sturdy and heavy. The joints and paint work could have been a tad better but can't really complain for the price. It hung up well and looks nice. It's what I wanted.
