Great value, paints into beautiful piece

Bought it primed, sprayed it a coppery bronze then sprayed some metallic gold into a dish and painted it on with a little brush. Wasnt crazy about the pattern initially, but was beautiful when painted. Only drawback is I will have to shave off the front edges of the decorative swirls as the brass cup of the light fixture overlaps slightly and it otherwise wont lie flat. Annoying because I chose this for size, but its not a dealbreaker.

Frugal Price and easy to paint.

I bought a lead crystal chandelier, at World Class Lighting, 24 Kt. gold Plate, with glass crystals, called the Maria Therese. Needed the medallion to fill part of the hole left by ceiling fan. I colored it with enamel paints, which ive had for umpteen years. Like the colors and the permanence.

Beautiful accent detail

I love it! Its a small detail that adds a little bit of glam to the space! I got the plain medallion and spray painted it with 2 coats of a semi-gloss paint. Very pleased!

Beautiful

I purchased two of these to accent new chandeliers I installed in our master bathroom. They are made of a very dense foam which didn't need to be painted (I have white crown molding as well). The chandelier attachment bracket prevented the medallion from laying flat, but the foam construction made it simple to notch out a little section of the inner circle to fit perfectly around the bracket. I used drywall adhesive and caulk to easily and cleanly attach them to the ceiling. My wife loves them - which is all that really matters!

Really lovely. Takes paint well. Very light. I just cant understand how to attach it:glue?? No details included in the package whatsoever. This is the 11 3/4 which is fairly large. I also bought the larger (more flourish) version and those are HUGE. It seems at though the attempt is to be as large around as the chandelier. To me, that is WAY too big. I am looking for something that compliements the light fixture -- not competes with.

Beautiful! Replaced high hat lighting with pendants-there was a 6in hole in the ceiling after taking out the old light so not only are these medallions a beautiful addition to the new light, it covered the hole. I will be putting these on all lights replaced in my home. I did paint them with BM semi gloss white.

I bought this for my new light in my dining room. I painted it a brooze color and then black washed it and highlighted in gold. It turned out beautiful and looks very rich. It was easy to put up and it held the paint great. I love it.
