Quality product. Awful paint job. Grossly inadequate packaging.

The paint on the shutters was poorly done. There was a hairline crack at the top of one them. The shutters were expensive and they don't even come with any screws to hang them.

They arrived well packaged. Easy to install. Even a year later they look fabulous! Definitely recommend these shutters!

They are very sturdy. We haven’t tried to install them yet. They were promised by a certain date, then put on back order. I didn’t really mind, but I was not notified, so I waited a long time. There was a little chip, but wayfair offered me a discount , and I have found a place to get touch up paint. I wish touchup paint was offered with the shiutters, but that had to be my “hunt”. All in all, they are very nice, I like Ekena products, and wayfair had the best price!

Fabulous shutters are good quality and make a beautiful difference. Arrived quickly and well packed in great shape. Love the curb appeal!!

Sturdy and look like real wood

This first pair of PVC shutters (for me) was a successful trial in replacing a house-load of aging wood shutters. Although I found wood shutters to exactly match my old ones, they were 3X the cost of PVC and were still subject to degradation. These PVC shutters look like wood from 6 feet away, or so, and are one-sided. The back is solid and flat. Although they don't really "operate", that's OK for me. I haven't closed my real shutters in 15 years. The ability to have the correct height/width/thickness dramatically increases the appearance in comparison with the single-width, limited height selection competition, which look fake and cheap on bigger windows. I used the hardware from my discarded wood shutters to hang these. Worked OK.

Assured they could match paint but ... that didn't happen.

Custom ordered with a Sherwin-Williams paint color (to match some existing applications at our house) but when they arrived (after several shipping delays) they were not anything close to the correct color. Rather than go through the hassle of returning them, etc., we spend another $600 hiring a local painter to make it right. Frustrating. The shutters seem very nice but don't depend on these folks to paint.

Curb appeal

BEAUTIFUL!!!!! I'm so happy we purchased these...good quality and style. I would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to enhance the curb appeal of their house.

Good quality no hardware

Great quality shutters. Very heavy compared to vinyl shutters. NO Mounting hardware come with these. Finding hardware was problematic and expensive.

Hinges- mounting brackets

Nice solid shutters . Pleased with craftsmanship!The only issue I have is that I saw shutters pictured with hinges... & the description said mounting brackets included so I surmised hinges were included.They were not :(They come with clear plastic "L" type mounting brackets...I feel that I was a bit misled due to pictures- BUT again the shutters themselves are well-built.

True Fit PVC Louver Shutters

Our home was built in 1949 and the shutters were wider than most you find on the market today. In replacing the old shutters, I was very pleased with the custom width and workmanship which was top quality. Big upgrade and investment for our older home and delighted to know our new shutters are maintenance free. No more scraping and paint and dealing with sun damage as before. So very happy we went with these guys. Their service representative was wonderful in explaining all my questions. I did have a handy man with installation and that was a breeze. Love the way these shutters upgraded our home!

Great decorative PVC exterior shutters

When everyone else was out of stock so was able to purchase these shutters. All colors available and a wide variety of sizes. Easy site and quick shipping.

Beautiful high quality shutters that I could not find anywhere else. Do be warned that production and delivery take a long time due to each shutter being cut to your custom measurements. The manufacturer’s helpline was excellent and they helped me track the shipment statuses and talk through installation process with one of their product specialists. Be advised the installation hardware must be purchased separately. We also hired a professional company to install into brick.

Outdoor window shutters

Replaced outdoor window shutters. Loved the plastic hanging pieces that hold the shutters in place so you don’t have to mail through the front of the shutters.

Nice PVC shutters

I wanted to replace old wooden shutters that needed painting with something that would never need painting. I found these with an internet search. They seem solid and look nice- we'll see if they maintain their bright white color or yellow over time. Don't waste your money on the recommended mounting brackets, though. They are inexpensive, but for good reason- they are absolutely useless. Basically just an additional profit grab.

These shutters are solid and great quality. They are packed well; however, one was slightly damaged in shipping. I could have painted the damage, but one of the reasons I bought these was because they were pre-painted. I took a pic and emailed it to AD, and they sent me a replacement one at NO charge, NO excuses, NO questions asked! And instead of sending one, they sent the pair, I’m assuming to make sure they matched in color. VERY highly recommend this company and their service! Thank you for making this easy.

Love our new black shutters, hefty & solid. Easy to install (we already had the hinges, just a matter of hooking them on). So glad to be rid of the cheapy plastic ones that tided us over til we purchased these.

Beautiful Upgrade to our Home!

These shutters made a huge impact on the front of our home. They arrived sooner than expected and were the perfect size. Solidly built and the upgrade to white will mean less work for us. Very happy to have this project completed.
