Lighter weight than Focal Point brand medallion of comparable size.

I purchased the copper one on a warehouse deal for $33. It arrived with some damage on the top surface. I am not sure if I can repair it so the damage can be hidden. I need to evaluate my options.The concentric circles pattern will work well with a modern design LED CEILING FAN/LIGHT FIXTURE in our master bedroom. The actual color is more gold than copper and has an oplescent glossy shine to it. I am not sure how well paint will adhere to the glossy finish.Copper isnt the color we were looking for, but a paint job should remedy the color issue. Maybe. I am concerned with painting over a glossy plastic surface with good results.This medallion is lighter weight than a comparably sized Focal Point brand medallion we purchased for the dining room chandelier. I dont see this as a problem for our use, but a heads up if this is a consideration for you. If I was choosing between this medallion and a Focal Point medallion, I would go with the Focal Point brand. If they are close in price.I will post pics. But, the color in my pictures is NOT accurate.

Nice medalian, holds its shape very well for a larger size. The packaging was a little poor and actually recieved small damage to the sides during shipping but caulked out without concern. Love the look.

Great Medallion

This worked great for a light fixture that had to be moved a few inched over. The medallion covered up the hole which meant the entire ceiling didn't have to be painted. The simple design enhanced the light fixture and the entire room!

Nice touch to look up to each night in the bedroom

This ceiling medallion is the perfect touch to complete my bedroom trim. I have crown molding throughout the room. The medallion finishes things off nicely. It is not too large and not too small. It adds the perfect touch.

3.5 inch center

I didn?t install this because it is advertised as having a 5 inch center hole but it 3.5 at most. I must have gotten a different producer from other people in the reviews. It seems nice enough for the money but it doesn?t fit my chandelier.

Pretty and as advertised

Received this medallion and its very pretty, it is just as advertised and a great price. Will return it simply because weve decided to not install a medallion as it will block some doors we have - but I would recommend this product/seller and will buy again should we need one in another house in the future.

Exactly as shown! Easy to install

I love these because they give the appearance of a heavy, original plaster medallion but without the struggle and high cost. Extremely easy installation, beautiful designs - so many diameter options and styles. I am an interior designer and plan to purchase from Ekena for any project where I use a medallion going forward. Great product, shows up well packaged and secure - no dents no issues. I ordered 4 and they arrived in perfect condition (and primed!). LOVE THESE!

Beautiful Medallion

The overall casting of the medallion is very crisp and clean. One issue I had was the hole was not centered in the medallion. I had to make a jig to center the medallion with the electrical box during installation. Otherwise, the chandelier canopy would have been way off-center to the medallion design. There was also some surface roughness to the face, so I sanded with very fine sandpaper before painting with two coats of ceiling paint. The finished result is beautiful.

Fit perfectly

This medallion enabled us to not have to repaint the ceiling because it covered up all the holes and scratches present on it from replacing with a new light fixture. We were relieved! It looks like it is part of the light fixture.

This item is great and easy to work with. The composite foam material was easy to cut with my router. I used this in my bathroom for around the exhaust fan and had to cut a 10x10 square in the middle. Great quality for the price.

The item was very nice and well made but shipped...

The item was very nice and well made but shipped in a box so thin it might as well have shipped in a bag. The box was smashed on every side but we only sustained one small dent on the perimeter. Good product, POOR shipping.
