Purchased 2, the 1st one the heat did not work and the second one the flames didn’t work. No number to call for tech support.

Everything is working. The heater is amazing. Love all the different colored lights and flames.

Black 78-inch Multicolor Wall-Fireplace Blows Heat

We have this fireplace under our 85" flatscreen TV. It looks so nice. Our guests love the look of the many color combinations of glass rocks and flames. Many have asked where we got it. I love that it has heat a digital heat setting that can be set to a certain temperature, with a blower. It's all we really need for Central Florida.

DO NOT BUY . My house came with this exact fire place and 6 month after being installed the fire place blew up, see pics. Wayfair said it’s not covered under warranty and it’s an insane safety issue. Unfortunately I had to re-purchase the same fireplace cause that’s the exact measurement that fit and the second one I got only half of the fireplace lights up the flames. I’m stuck now with this piece of junk now

I purchased the 60” long version as an open box item which had some issues upon unboxing. A bracket adhered to the glass panel so you can mount it to the firebox was detached, an easy fix with some gorilla glue and a clamp. Unfortunately when plugged in and powered on there was nothing other than a beep. Well I wasn’t going to give up on this unit because it is quite sharp looking. A tray full of screws and a mega pint of beer later I discovered a harness was not connected, plugged it in and boom we have flame and fan. Definitely some sweat equity to salvage this purchase but I feel it was worth it.

This fireplace turned out perfectly for our living room that had a long wall but not deep enough for a real fireplace. It works perfectly and the logs in it go very well with our coastal theme.

Complete garbage. I paid an installer to mount this on my wall. We got it out and plugged it in... Broken. Giant black crack across right side. I am out the funds to pay installers. Also, this merchant requires you ship this giant broken thing back before any refund. So you'll be out of funds for weeks. Plan accordingly.

My current rating is one star for this reason - The 60" Cambridge fireplace Heater WAS beautiful - purchased it in May - installed it in July (renovated our living room). We turned it on maybe 3 times for no longer than 5 minutes. Now it is September 4. I turned it on yesterday and it is beeping and showing a U1.3 Code. No where in our attempt to look up this code does it reference a U1.3 code. Ugh!! I'm hoping that Customer Service will come through for us! I will provide an update.

We bought this for my husband’s Man Cave and paired it will a 65 inch TV. It is absolutely beautiful when turned on. DO NOT HESITATE! BUY THIS FIREPLACE!
