Return due to having to secure to the wall

I love this sink, it is a large bowl and plenty of room for all my necessary accessories.

Original order received broken. Reorder received pedestal only, not the sink. Had to cancel original order and reorder. Finally, we got the complete pedestal sink.

Product was delivered to jobsite in six pieces and had to be returned to the store

I had it delivered to the store but when I went to pick it up, a large piece was broken off the bowl. The I had to turn around and return it. What a hassle!

The sink arrived badly broken. We discovered the break as we unboxed it for the install. See pics. It was in several pieces in the box. There's a ding hole in the cardboard box, as though a sharp item like a rebar jabbed it and cracked it irreparably. The packaging had no styrofoam whatsoever, which was surprising considering it's fragility. 3 stars for the customer service on the return at our local Home Depot. Thanks to Darron for resolving a difficult situation quickly and easily.

Fit the space beautifully

This sink is really great looking and was much easier to work with than the one we were replacing!

Do not ship to home

The base was in pieces when I received it. Packaging was non existent. Just the base in the box with no padding. Can't even blame the delivery people...smh.

The pedestal was delayed. Then the basin was delayed further. When the basin arrived it was simply the Kohler box. The sink was damaged in shipping.

Love this beautiful pedestal sink installed in my very small bathroom it’s the perfect choice. I like the clean uncluttered lines of its design it doesn’t over shadow the small space and looks gorgeous with the new matte black faucet

Looks good. The base is narrow but I assume the hooks may add to the stability. Not in use at this time.

Love the size and height of the sink. Also allows space to place a few items on. I made the right choice.
