Space saver

I bought this bed for my daughter's slightly cramped bedroom. She had a queen sized sleigh-bed with mattress and box spring that took up most of the space. This bed is perfect, low profile and the headboard sits flat against the wall unlike the cumbersome sleigh bed. Instead of sizing down to a twin mattress and box spring I just ditched the box spring and bought this platform bed. The extra area in her room seems so much larger with this bed. I put it together by myself with a little help from my daughter and it was together in less than an hour. The quality is very good for the price point and the color will match with most everything.

This bed is SOLID! The fabric is easy to clean and doesn’t snag. The bed utilizes a new system to install the wooden support slats which provides more strength and support. While this assembly did take a bit longer than I thought, it was completed in under an hour. Very stylish and well built.

It is pretty amazing to get a beautiful bed for this price....It looks fantastic in the room I ordered it for, it is very comfortable, the fabric is fairly high quality and the stitching and so forth looks excellent. I have had it for about a year. Sturdy and comfortable [and I am PICKY}. The only challenge I have with it is that the frame to hold the mattress is a little on the small side. I put a queen mattress on it and it is very difficult to change the sheets. But once that is done, I love it!!!

Beautiful piece

The aesthetic of this headboard and bedframe is beautiful and it makes a great centerpiece to any bedroom. I used it with a memory foam mattress amd it worked great. The only complaint I i have is that the middle support pieces were not quite long enough to actually push against the floor. I am quite small, so it did not cause any problems for me, but I'm not sure if it would fully support the weight of two larger adults without putting uneven pressure on the other parts of the frame.

My teenage daughter needed a bed that would fit inside her refinished attic bedroom. Since her ceilings were slanted we had to have a bed below a certain height. This bed is perfect!! Not only was it easy to put together but, it is beautiful. We love the color. It is a beautiful light beige heavy duty material. Overstock shipped the bed super quick however, UPS damaged the head board. Overstock immediately shipped out another bed and it arrived a few days later. Thank you Overstock! I appreciate the quick resolution and a wonderful, well made product! HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Great quality for the price

The color is a little off, it does not seem light beige but almost like a light gray. However, the sturdiness and quality more than makes up for it. It was not difficult to put together. There was some improv that had to be done when attaching one of the stabilizing "beams" to the middle of the skeleton of the frame because there were no pre-drilled holes. This was not too difficult and the wood did not crack when drilled into. The slots don't have that typical accordion arrangement and took a little more time but with the way they fit at least they won't slip out of place. The bed does not slide on my wooden floors (I put slip guards underneath the legs anyway) and when you toss and turn the bed does not shake at all. More than I can say for a VERY similar bed I got from Wayfair that was 20 bucks more expensive. I would recommend this product. You can probably assemble solo but instructions are not very detailed and it was certainly helpful to have another set of hands. Man hands to be exact.

The delivery was quick; ordered on Monday and received it on Thursday. However, the quality was lacking. Overall the bed looks nice, until you look to close. There are spaces on the side. It's not a deal killer, but not the best look. In addition the wood pieces were roughly cut. If they would have sanded it down it would have been much better, plus a little stain wouldn't have hurt. The bed is low, but personally that's what I wanted, so it works for me. The bed wasn't complicated to put it together, but was not expecting the amount of pieces it had; it makes sense though since a box spring isn't required. If I had to buy it again, I most likely wouldn't.

This bed is PERFECT!

Extremely easy to assemble, had this together in just over an hour. The instructions were easy to follow and some tools were provided, the only additional tool needed was a drill. It does sit low to the floor, which, this is a platform bed, so that is expected. The color of the upholstery is a light beige/light tan color, whic his exactly what I was looking for. Top notch quality for the price, I don't think I could have found a more perfect bed. I am completely in love with it. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous Bed!

This bed was very easy to assemble, I am a petite female and put this together with one of my female friends, all pieces are lightweight yet, superb quality. Tools and easy to follow instructions were provided, the only extra tool we used was a drill to put the section together that supports the mattress. We had this bed all together in less than an hour. So elegant, classy contemporary, yet simple. I am in love with this bed. I highly recommend!!!!! (If I could attach a photo, I would :)

Nice bed for spare room or kids

We bought this bed for my daughter with the thought that my wife and I would sleep on it a few times a year when my parents were in town. We like the quality and I see this full size as great for what we will use it for. My daughter is almost 5 and should have this for several years. We have another ** king size (different model) in our room which we love. The King bed we have has more heavy duty rails than this full size, but overall the quality seems on par to what we wanted and expected. I probably wouldn't go with this bed for a couple using it every night though.

I read the reviews before I ordered this bed & as the majority of reviews say, this bed is awesome!!!! I am so glad I bought it. I assembled it by myself, took me about 2 hours. Very easy assembly. I purchased the SwissLux 8 inch memory foam mattress to go with it & itsperfect. Bed is sturdy, the headboard gives it a nice elegant look & the mattress is comfortable. It still needs to be tested with a heavy person on it. But so far so good! Great purchase for its price.

For the Price it is great!

Had a window above the bed and headboard needed to be below it so this bed worked perfectly. The color is a cooler beige rather than a warmer one, but pretty neutral it goes with most bed covers. The grayer ones are better. I would also tell you that Euro shams cover the whole headboard so standard shams are best. Even they cover most of it but look better. If I had the space I would have preferred a taller headboard to make a statement, but space was limited. As far as putting together basically four screws and a cinch. There is a little space between bed frame and mattress if you want to tuck something in. A very contemporary look. I do not know how the fabric will wear, but at this price it was worth a try. Would recommend.

Very nice for the price

I purchased this bed to go with my memory foam mattress which was also purchased on overstock. Both had great reviews that were very informative and I have not been disappointed with either purchase! The reviews did state that the bed was very low to the floor but I was still a little surprised with how low it actually was. it still looks very nice in our room though. The color is more of a light grey than beige, which I also read in a review and it turned out to be true. Either color works for me but it may not for others so beware of this. The frame and overall structure of the bed is very sturdy so I think it will last a while. I believe it's an excellent purchase and you couldn't ask for more for the price! I have purchased several items on overstock over the years and I have yet to be disappointed in the products or customer service!

Great bed, would recommend

I purchased this bed over a year ago, one of the best purchases I made when re-doing my room. This bed looks great and the slats are very sturdy. It actually lasted me to another move I made a few days ago. All the pieces were easy to reassemble. , ,,,,,, , ,,,,,,,,,,,,, Given the platform bed does not require a box spring my biggest concern was the bed being too low for me. I ended up purchasing a mattress with pillowtop plush which added more depth. It look away from the headboard a bit but still very stylish. Overall a great purchase and I would recommend this bed.

Super surprised..Well worth the money.

For the money, you can't go wrong. We needed something more adult for our spare room. We had a standard Ikea bed set and wanted to replace it with an upholstered one. I found this and figured it couldn't be anything better than Ikea but I'd say it's a good step up. It doesn't look cheap. The linen is actually very thick, tucked back and strong. It looks way more expensive than it does. Putting it together underneath you can tell it's cheaper but once you have the mattress on it, you'd be surprised. I'm extremely happy with my purchase. Well worth the money.

This bed is perfect!

I have purchased many items from Overstock.com and have usually been very satisfied, but I am simply stunned at the quality of this bed for the price. It is incredibly well made and looks just beautiful in my room. It was actually quite easy to put together. It just goes together so easily. You almost don't even need instructions. One tip on inserting the slats. Put them into the center support first. Then attached the side slat into the side slat holder thing, and THEN attach it to the bed. The instructions on this part of the process aren't very detailed, so I started by putting all the slat holders into the frame, but that was a mistake. I had to pull out the side slat holders and attach them to the frame after I inserted the slats. This will make sense to you if/when you're building this bed. :P

Pretty impressive for the price

I really like this bed. For those of you looking for a bed with a tall headboard, this is not the bed for you. Assembly was pretty simple by myself. It took me about an hour start to finish. It would have taken me less time if I wasn't messing around with the crossbar that didn't fit. Doing the slats was the most time consuming part. The only thing that went wrong in assembly is they threw in this horizontal support crossbar. There were no holes pre-drilled for it and when I tried to attach it to the frame there was about a half inch gap on either side of the bar. I just left it off as it is sturdy enough without it. Also, this bed is very low to the floor. Do not plan on storing anything under the bed. I was looking for an inexpensive bed with this style that required no box spring so this did the trick!
