"Mini" bed

I love the bed but I gave it 4 stars because the headboard is very short and putting together the slats to hold the mattress was very difficult. Be mindful that once you prop your pillows/shams up you cannot see the headboard! It is practically hidden and can only see about 1/4 inch of it. Each of the slats came in 2 pieces (not one full piece of wood) that had to be connected by a plastic piece. All of the plastic pieces were so warped that it was very difficult to squeeze the wooden slats into them. It appears that the bed was produced in 2021 and it must have been stored in a very warm climate that altered the design. I am just over 5’ tall and this was the first bed as an adult that I could actually sit at the edge of the bed with my feet flat on the floor. I think this bed should be advertised as a child’s bed due to the size. Overall, do review the measurements prior to purchasing!

Almost There

This is a study bed, and at a good price! The only comment I had was that assembly is a tad difficult and requires you to nail down the support beams into the central beams. This means that this bed would also be very difficult to disassemble if you ever have to move…

Space saver

I bought this bed for my daughter’s slightly cramped bedroom. She had a queen sized sleigh-bed with mattress and box spring that took up most of the space. This bed is perfect, low profile and the headboard sits flat against the wall unlike the cumbersome sleigh bed. Instead of sizing down to a twin mattress and box spring I just ditched the box spring and bought this platform bed. The extra area in her room seems so much larger with this bed. I put it together by myself with a little help from my daughter and it was together in less than an hour. The quality is very good for the price point and the color will match with most everything.

It is pretty amazing to get a beautiful bed for this price....It looks fantastic in the room I ordered it for, it is very comfortable, the fabric is fairly high quality and the stitching and so forth looks excellent. I have had it for about a year. Sturdy and comfortable [and I am PICKY}. The only challenge I have with it is that the frame to hold the mattress is a little on the small side. I put a queen mattress on it and it is very difficult to change the sheets. But once that is done, I love it!!!

Beautiful piece

The aesthetic of this headboard and bedframe is beautiful and it makes a great centerpiece to any bedroom. I used it with a memory foam mattress amd it worked great. The only complaint I i have is that the middle support pieces were not quite long enough to actually push against the floor. I am quite small, so it did not cause any problems for me, but I'm not sure if it would fully support the weight of two larger adults without putting uneven pressure on the other parts of the frame.

My teenage daughter needed a bed that would fit inside her refinished attic bedroom. Since her ceilings were slanted we had to have a bed below a certain height. This bed is perfect!! Not only was it easy to put together but, it is beautiful. We love the color. It is a beautiful light beige heavy duty material. Overstock shipped the bed super quick however, UPS damaged the head board. Overstock immediately shipped out another bed and it arrived a few days later. Thank you Overstock! I appreciate the quick resolution and a wonderful, well made product! HAPPY NEW YEAR!

This bed is PERFECT!

Extremely easy to assemble, had this together in just over an hour. The instructions were easy to follow and some tools were provided, the only additional tool needed was a drill. It does sit low to the floor, which, this is a platform bed, so that is expected. The color of the upholstery is a light beige/light tan color, whic his exactly what I was looking for. Top notch quality for the price, I don't think I could have found a more perfect bed. I am completely in love with it. Highly recommend!

Nice bed for spare room or kids

We bought this bed for my daughter with the thought that my wife and I would sleep on it a few times a year when my parents were in town. We like the quality and I see this full size as great for what we will use it for. My daughter is almost 5 and should have this for several years. We have another ** king size (different model) in our room which we love. The King bed we have has more heavy duty rails than this full size, but overall the quality seems on par to what we wanted and expected. I probably wouldn't go with this bed for a couple using it every night though.

I read the reviews before I ordered this bed & as the majority of reviews say, this bed is awesome!!!! I am so glad I bought it. I assembled it by myself, took me about 2 hours. Very easy assembly. I purchased the SwissLux 8 inch memory foam mattress to go with it & itsperfect. Bed is sturdy, the headboard gives it a nice elegant look & the mattress is comfortable. It still needs to be tested with a heavy person on it. But so far so good! Great purchase for its price.

For the Price it is great!

Had a window above the bed and headboard needed to be below it so this bed worked perfectly. The color is a cooler beige rather than a warmer one, but pretty neutral it goes with most bed covers. The grayer ones are better. I would also tell you that Euro shams cover the whole headboard so standard shams are best. Even they cover most of it but look better. If I had the space I would have preferred a taller headboard to make a statement, but space was limited. As far as putting together basically four screws and a cinch. There is a little space between bed frame and mattress if you want to tuck something in. A very contemporary look. I do not know how the fabric will wear, but at this price it was worth a try. Would recommend.

Great bed, would recommend

I purchased this bed over a year ago, one of the best purchases I made when re-doing my room. This bed looks great and the slats are very sturdy. It actually lasted me to another move I made a few days ago. All the pieces were easy to reassemble.

Super surprised..Well worth the money.

For the money, you can't go wrong. We needed something more adult for our spare room. We had a standard Ikea bed set and wanted to replace it with an upholstered one. I found this and figured it couldn't be anything better than Ikea but I'd say it's a good step up. It doesn't look cheap. The linen is actually very thick, tucked back and strong. It looks way more expensive than it does. Putting it together underneath you can tell it's cheaper but once you have the mattress on it, you'd be surprised. I'm extremely happy with my purchase. Well worth the money.

This bed is perfect!

I have purchased many items from Overstock.com and have usually been very satisfied, but I am simply stunned at the quality of this bed for the price. It is incredibly well made and looks just beautiful in my room. It was actually quite easy to put together. It just goes together so easily. You almost don't even need instructions. One tip on inserting the slats. Put them into the center support first. Then attached the side slat into the side slat holder thing, and THEN attach it to the bed. The instructions on this part of the process aren't very detailed, so I started by putting all the slat holders into the frame, but that was a mistake. I had to pull out the side slat holders and attach them to the frame after I inserted the slats. This will make sense to you if/when you're building this bed. :P

Good bed and excellent customer service

This is a very sleek looking bed especially when you tuck the sheets under the mattress. Also very comfortable for sitting in bed reading or watching TV because of the padded headboard. I have a 6'' mattress that fits perfectly in the frame. 6''-8'' mattresses are probably a safe bet as the bed frame is very low (partly why it looks cool). Do not expect to put additional storage under the bed without raising the bed lining. My cat like this bed too since she can walk on the headboard and hide under the bed and thankfully she doesn't scratch the bed (yet).

VERY Happy

This platform bed is, in a word, awesome. We needed a 'safer' bed for our 79 yr old mom after she tripped and gashed her leg on a traditional mattress frame. 9 stitches and some time Overstock brought us to purchase this bed, fully upholstered all the way around. It's shockingly well made for the price, there are no areas of shoddy craftsmanship... edges are finished cleanly, seams are clean as well. My sister and I put it together in about 1H 15M, were I to do it again, I could do it alone easily.

Pretty but not beige --- It's grey!

I would not say this color of this bed is "light beige" but really just grey with specks of beige. It's very pretty, but the color was different from the picture. I have to change now the room color a bit because I was looking for something with more warm hues, and this definitely has a cooler tone to it.

Nice quality, very attractive

This is the third bed I've bought from Overstock and I'm very happy with the purchase again. I recently moved to Honolulu and while Overstock doesn't ship everything to HI, you can find many items that can be. You have to pay additional shipping but I found that in this case it was reasonable. When you add it to your cart it tells you if shipping to HI is available, if not, just remove it and move on. If expedited shipping is available you can see the shipping charge right then.

Great product, great price.

I am increasingly happy with Overstock products, and this bed is no exception. Great bang for the buck: quality was as good or better than in most local furniture stores, it looked exactly like the pictures (thanks guys for taking quality product photos), installation wasn't too bad...overall I'm happy.
