Awesome counter height bar stools! Beautiful! Well built! Great quality!

I love the way these look. They were easy to assemble and seem sturdy to sit on. However, we've had them for almost a year and two of them have broken - the leg snapped off in the exact same spot on two of them. Of course it's not ideal to have them tipped over, but they were not thrown down on the floor or anything - they were just accidentally knocked over. These are fairly lightweight, which is good and bad - easy to move but also somewhat easy to knock over and break.

Nice barstool but one section came with a piece of wood nailed into it that’s clearly a different color. You can see from photo that it’s slightly green and has three small nailheads. The other sections do not have this. Hoping Wayfair can provide a replacement piece.

Very sturdy and was easy to put together. Looks great in my kitchen area!

Love these stools. Very comfortable and well made.

First they sent one counter height seat and one bar height even though the boxes were clearly different sizes. When I returned the wrong one they sent a replacement. The replacement seat had different color bolts that are clearly visible. One now had gold hardware and the other silver. Also one seat is soft and the other as hard as a rock. Not a good item.

Purchased 3 beautiful stools for our new home. They are the perfect addition.

High-quality wood stool at a great price

I was very glad to find this stool - the dark wood matches my other furniture and the cushioning is thick & dense.Assembly was super easy with the supplied allen wrench. Just a few things to watch for: make sure the washer is against the wood, with the lock washer above that; also the footrest has a small section of formica-like material (to protect the wood from your resting foot) - be sure to face the footrest so that this section is facing upwards.

Very pleased with the quality of these stools. Work great for my kithen island.

The description says it is a swivel bar stool but no swivel mechanism is included and the legs mount directly to the seat.

Two of the four chairs “WOBBLE”Legs are uneven. Appears there is a qualitycontrol issue with this company.Plus it appears Wayfair and Mfg are dragging to get it corrected.Will say from all the other furniture that we have bought from Wayfair lately, pieces have been really great.It will be interesting to see how this will be handle. Right now I’ll rate them as 2

The product has an awful smell when you open the box. So strong of a smell even when I put the box in the garage. The fabric seat looks and felt nice. The wood of the legs is a yellow brown. So because of the smell and wrong color brown legs they are going back!

The shipping time was incredible… From order to delivery was only a few days, and 4 days ahead of schedule. The product, 24 in Natick Counter Stools is great!A snap to assemble.

Replacing some almost 10 year old stools with lots of cat scratches that were much darker colored and had high backs. These (got them in white with grey seats) are so much lighter and brighter and take up much less visual space, but they're actually MORE comfortable to sit on! Big win all the way around!

This was a great purchase for us. Theses counter height stools were easy to put together, sturdy, and stylish. They are very comfortable to sit on and really help to set off the kitchen island counter.

Difficult to put together

Beautiful stools, difficult to put together. The holes were not drilled at all to install the legs to the seat. My husband had to drill the holes. Overall they turned out nicely
