Would not buy again
Cheaply made and didn’t come with assembly instructions. Found instructions on the manufacture website.
Disappointing lack of quality of product.
The quality or lack of I was very disappointed in. It is an extremely cheap manufacturing of the frame and manner in which it assembles. I unfortunately would NOT buy it again and I would NOT recommend to anyone else.

This frame has broke apart! its not even old. idk if it is bc the cali king never seemed to fit right or what, but I've wasted my money. I'm so mad!

Beautiful but difficult to put assemble
This bed frame is beautiful and perfectly functional. The only drawback is that it was very difficult for me to put together. It would be nice if Mattress Firm offered a service to assemble the platform for the customer, even if they charged extra for it.
Frame to long
Well made would purchase againOnly problem gram is too long for cal king Mattress about 12 inch gap have to cut Board so we don’t break our leg?

Not doing so good with the new frame and mattress. Queen is too small for us. Mattress had an odor that kept us from falling asleep for 3 nights. Smell now gone, and mattress firmness is good for one of us but too firm for the other. We'll need to get 2 twin XLs
Broken!
Beautiful frame but my slats came all cut! I’m not sure what to do about that i love the headboard though i Hope mattress furm will see this and get me the roght slats and one of the corners is completely bent and im really frustrated i spent a lot of money on this!
Horrible Experience and wasted money.
Stay away. 3 minutes and the frame broke. Extremely cheap piece of garbage. Now Mattress firm won’t take responsibility and provided me a link for a sales inquiry with Glen Willow Homes. No number, no email and way to submit warranty claim.
Broke after 4 months!
Two of the pegs broke after just 4 months. Not a sturdy bed. What a waste of money.
I am in love with my new bed frame. The only thing is that too assembled it had too many extra parts.
Broken Frame and Legs
The bed frame, which is made of flimsy wooden slats, as well as 3 legs broke in less than a month. I am very disappointed and will be contacting customer services who will hopefully rectify the situation.
Poorly made
Honestly I feel like the bed frame was poorly made. I have the middle feet of the bed bowing in and the slat supports have busted. Frame won't hold over 400lbs
Don't buy this bed. It broke after 2 weeks.
VERY DISSATISFIED
The frame is very unstable - does not have a lot of worthy to it to keep in place. Wooden planks slide causing you to sink into the mattress. The buttons on head board have fabric coming undone. Not worth almost $300
Banged to pieces in 2 months
My husband and I are not big people, I’m average and he is skinny. We have a vigorous love life and it was far too vigorous for this bed frame. Mid bang every support beneath it broke and splintered beyond repair. The center leg pieces gave out entirely, they don’t appear to be made of actual wood but maybe particle board? Anyway whatever it’s made of was not made for people who have an exciting love life, it only took two months for us to destroy it.On the bright side- customer service was wonderful and did their best to try and get me replacement parts. None were available so I did take a refund instead of a new bed frame. I honestly don’t think another would’ve lasted any longer. I’m ordering a steel frame instead.It does look really nice, the headboard is cute but the little studs can be bent very easily so be careful putting it up. Less
Surprisingly solid!
This bed is beautiful and amazingly solid! The price was great for the product. Easy to assemble all pieces fit perfectly, I love it!!!
