ZERO STARS. This bed is rated for 600lbs. 24 twin XLs broke within the first 24 hours of assembly (bought for used by children not adults!). There is no center support whatsoever. The slats themselves are not single solid pieces of wood. They need better customer service policies for selling poor products. (the representatives were all polite). Wayfair would only reimburse for 25 of the cost if I wouldn’t ship them back. (We’d already disposed of packaging). Replacement parts wouldn’t help. The head and foot boards are not solid composite either. They are hollow, made of pressed and covered cardboard. Can’t drill anything to the head or footboard. Won’t buy a large furniture item from Wayfair again. We’ve bought several similar beds in the past, but they came with center support. Of course we assembled immediately disposed of the packaging, not expecting trouble. I spent 3hrs 45 minutes with customer service didn’t get anywhere beyond 25 off. Not worth my time to disassemblefind new packaging. IKEA for flatpack, or Amazon better customer service service service

The bed is the second purchase from this company, last one was a queen. Overall it is easy to assemble and well built. Some of the slats did not fit when I put this together so I had to cut off. With the queen I’d suggest reinforcing the middle with blocks to better support bed. They are really a lovely little bed. A little extra effort will get you longer life.

Love the bed! I ordered in the linen color and it is exactly what I wanted. The scale is exactly what we needed for the guest room. Our only complaint with assembly is that it uses the pesky Allen wrenches. But, that is common in this price range. I am happy with my purchase.

This has been a great bed, we've had it for years now!!! It's held up wonderfully + it isn't squeaky at all. Sometimes you slam your toes into the corner which freaking sucks lol. Also, our cats enjoy using the top as a scratcher, so take that into consideration if you have kitties!

The setup was easy and quick. It took me only 30 minutes. The only problem I faced was with the small wooden pieces that were supposed to attach the legs to the foot board. They slipped inside the foot board and I lost two of them. Luckily, I had a spare one in my tool box. I glued it to the legs and then screwed them to the foot board. The bed is stable enough for a teenager, but it might not hold a heavy adult. Considering the price and the odd size of Twin XL, I think it’s a decent deal. I already had a Twin XL mattress that fit well on the bed.

Very good quality, easy to assemble, and durable. Does not bend, wobble, or buckle under the weight of two people and four dogs on a thick and heavy memory-foam mattress and topper. Low profile means the frame is just about 3" above the floor, which prevents our pets from dragging paper, wrappers, and other things under the bed as they did with our previous standard-height bed. Very nice product.

Bought a twin size for my 5yr old. Very easy and quick to assemble. Found a few flaws with the wood. The headboard leg seems to have split up the sidearm noticed it right out of the box. Typical for cheaper wood. As for the planks that go across we hope they hold up, they seem to be more flexible than we thought(only holds 200lbs). Height off the ground is perfect for younger kids. Love the headboard it is light weight and seems sturdy. Overall it is a cheaper made bed which seems sturdy after assembly. You do get what you pay for. The overall look of the bed looks amazing. Hopefully the wood holds up.

Terrible quality, do not buy. Did not come with assembly instructions, I had to search the internet for a hint of how to put this thing together. The middle supports were too short to touch the ground. The middle slat of wood is divided in two parts that did not touch in the center, making it flimsy. I finally put the bed together after several hours but it only lasted a few weeks. I am 130lbs and after sitting too forcefully on the bed I snapped the center slat of wood. Then a few nights later the middle support closest to the head board snapped. The bed is now a sinking mess and it creaks like an old wooden boat. I bought this frame 3 months ago! Horrible waste of money.

Pretty nice set, especially for the price. We're using this in a guest room, so we wanted something that looked great but didn't break the bank, as it won't get a ton of use. The entire frame itself looks great and feels sturdy. All of the parts come packed zipped inside the headboard. My only complaints are that instructions are included (even though you can find a video online, but even the video isn't all that great), and the planks/boards that form the platform are a little rough and splintery. I wish those were smooth so as not to snag the mattress, or that they would include a board or two for that purpose. Beyond that, we're pretty happy with the purchase (so far).

We love it!!! My two year old has slept amazing thank you! And great delivery too, it arrived with one end of beds msg defective snd part wouldn’t connect to bed so have had to improvise it got so bad every time anyone would sit their weight on that far bottom right corner the bed would collapse ( been about 4-months and still no response or replaced leg since submitting issue day 1 of arrival. I’ve since had to crazy glue the end to temporarily fix this big problem that def knocks off a few stars

I have had this item for a few weeks now, so far no complaints. Product came quickly and in one box. If you are like me and tend to read all the reviews when deciding on which product to buy you soon begin to realize everyone's experience is different. For me, the product is exactly like it was described on the website including the shade of color, a nice light grey.

I bought this bed for my 9 year old son and based on the reviews I was excited. The package arrived with some damages in the cardboard box, so I took the pieces out one by one and inspected it. Nothing odd initially! As I have started to put together this bed, it quickly became obvious it’s of a poor quality. One of the screws was impossible to set in place and I had to improvise. As you can see in the pictures there is a dent in the frame where the two pieces are connected together. The frame is far from sturdy and I don’t expect this bed to last until my son’s 14th birthday. So if you want a bed on display this will work, but if you actually are looking for sturdiness, keep looking. I am happy with the bed’s overall look, but this is not quality. I wish I didn’t buy this piece but it’s a lot of trouble returning furniture so it stays.

This couch is extremely difficult to put to together, and I’m still not finished. I started putting it together yesterday, but none of the holes are properly lined up which resulted in my irritation— so I had to walk away. I started putting it back together just this morning— and I’m still having the same issues. I usually don’t write reviews but today took the cake. As you can see from the pictures, there are no drilled holes on one side of the bottom of the couch. The 3 holes are where the feet should go, but only one side of the bottom has holes drilled. This means I can’t even use this piece of junk. I can’t sit on an unleveled couch This is completely unacceptable. Do not buy.

This was perfect. We just needed a simple guest bed as quickly as possible, and this fit the bill. A few things I really liked - It was quick to put together, only took me an hour or so. It's very light and easy to move (I'm not very strong!) and the slats are screwed into the frame itself, so no slipping and sliding. My only concern was the non-visible wood for the slats was pretty splintery in places, so mind your hands. We bought this with an 8" AlwaysCool Innerspring Mattress and a 2" Gel Memory Foam Mattress Topper and it came right up to the headboard, no visible gap. It's cute, it's comfortable, it's not creaky, and it fits snugly by the window sill so I don't have to buy a side table! Wins all around.

Great bed for the low price. I like that the king has dual center supports. Our previous king bed frame that we bought from a furniture store for $600 didn’t & we had to add one so for this low priced bed I was impressed they had that. It’s low to the floor which is what we wanted for our old dog to have an easier time getting to bed. The lowness takes a little getting use too but after a few nights It starts to be the norm. We have a 12” mattress & 18” Euro Pillows to get an idea how the headboard is in size. We have a smaller master with larger dressers, 2 night stands & a king bed so it really makes the space more open having this lower bed frame. It’s less bulky then our old one & I love the color, it is a true light grey.

The actual headboard looks beautiful but the construction is not good. The bed frame isn’t a symmetrical square so there is a huge gap at the end of our bed where the mattress doesn’t reach the end and one of the bottom supporting legs came broken so we just had to rig it in there but it keeps coming off. Also, the bed is super low to the ground so if you don’t use a box spring, plan on being really close to the ground. I’m worried about using a box spring now though with one of the legs already broken, it may not support the weight of both the box spring and mattress.

We purchased the twin size. The bed arrived nicely packaged and in good condition. The color is a cool gray, so it looked nice in my daughter's aqua colored bedroom. Upon assembly, I realized that there were two bolts missing. I brought one to my local ACE hardware, where I purchased two appropriately sized screws which didn't match, but they are hidden on the inside of the frame. The assembly instructions could use improvement. The print is small, the images of the different size bolts and screws are not true to size, so it was a bit of a guessing game, especially since two were missing. However, the bed looks nice, perfectly fine for a guest bedroom, a little flimsy if attempting to move. I would take the weight limit seriously and not allow any bouncing or jumping if using for children. Overall, worth just about what we paid for it ($150?) but not a penny more. I'm just glad the shipping was free.

I have a bad back and I put this together in an afternoon, by myself. I did notice some of the staples on one section of the suspension slats were missing, but a couple of wide head, short nails secured the black nylon weaved strap to the three slats. no problem. Its ever so slightly larger than my full size mattress (I bought a full size frame and upholstered headboard) but it makes changing the sheets easier. The side rails are placed just where Ive banged my toe a couple times getting out of bed, so I used some glow in the dark tape on the side where I can see it to stop that from happening. I wished for a little better quality in how the headboard and sidefootboard were upholstered. There is missed hits with the staple gun and some upholstered headboard and side rails are slightly off but when Im healed up from my back surgery Ill get to addressing those items and make myself a wall sided roll to keep the mattress flush with the exit side. All in all, happy with my purchase. Good product, good price. Id say but it and if getting a Queen or King, get a friend to help.

This is a Queen sized bed. It comes with simple, one page instructions. I would watch the video link first then review the written instructions several times prior to assembly. Then separate all the small parts and do a check off of each piece. I put each type of screw and washer into ziploc bags with the parts labeled “A,B,C, etc”. It came together perfectly and is very solid construction. It says it should only take thirty minutes to assemble, but I would say it was closer to two hours from the time I opened the box. I have minimal knowledge of tools and Simple home repairs, and I found it fairly simple to construct. You will probably need a friend to help hold pieces if you go with the larger bed frame. A twin or double could probably be assembled alone. I set the headboard to the higher setting, but you can just as easily set is lower depending on the look you want. I love that I have a large bed now that fits in my room with plenty of space to spare!
