Beautiful, high quality rug

This rug is beautiful and is a good quality rug. My only complaint is that they sent the wrong color or the color on-line was really off. I put it in my sunroom and it brightens the space nicely.

Beautiful, well made rug. Ordered 1 for girlfriends office and liked it so much I ordered 1 for myself. Heavy weight. Love the color scheme. Great rug...............

Not as pictured

Disappointed that I didn't get the rug design I ordered. Similar but design and color wrong. Now I have to go to the trouble of sending it back.

The design and color received does not match the online image

I see this comment on many of the rugs made by this company, that the color and design does not match the online information. 2 months ago, in the reply the company said they strive to do better. Yet, the same issued are still occurring, whitch causes a waste of time and money from both parties. Do better.

Great quality but design isn't the same

The rug overall is great quality however…the pattern on the rug does not match the image shown online.

Nice rugs!

I love my new rugs. They are as pictured and suit my needs perfectly. As expected with wool rugs, there is some shedding but it's not overwhelming on my dark wood floors.

Rug sheds.

Picture does not look like the rug you'll receive

The quality of this rug is fine but I've given it a 1 star because the rug I received does not look anything like the rug in the picture that I was expecting to receive. The rug in the picture has squares and was more black than beige. My rug is more beige then black and looks like it is a cut out of a larger rug of the design pictured for this rug. The picture must show the large rug that has the full design but if you order a smaller size looks like they just chop up the large one and you'll get some version of the actual design but not that design at all. I ordered the 3 X 3 and it looks nothing like the picture. Not sure why this rug rated so well. I'm disappointed in what I received. You likely will only get the rug in the picture if you're ordering the largest size. If you order a smaller size you'll get a cut out of that design.

The rug is pretty and thick but it is lighter than the picture shown and sheds quite a bit that’s why I gave it a 3.

great affordable rug for under my mini kitchen island. it's wool so it does shed a tiny bit. cats haven't seemed interested in it, and it didn't have any strange odors. came quickly. i'd say the white is like a winter white almost creamy, but not yellowy. if you want a pure stark white, i think you need cotton not wool. it's a fun little pattern and it's pile isn't so high it's trippable, as it's in a high traffic area. definitely recommend!
