We received our four chairs. Installation was not too bad...took one hour for four chairs. The caps had issues due to the plastic threading but were manageable. Had to order more caps because some broke due to me pounding on them because hard to get in. Chair cushion is thick and firm. Easy for older person to get in and out of the chair. Color is exactly as the picture. We got black with Mahogany arms. Some of the screws didn't line up with holes but if you have any experience in home maintenance repairs, you'll do fine.

Sturdy, comfortable and professional chairs.

I bought these for my office and they have lasted the time! Still look good, no wobbling, easy to clean and doesn't hold stains. Cushions have also remained comfortable but not squishy and I cannot count how many different sized people have sat on these chairs every day for years. Highly recommend.

LACKING QUALITY CONTROL-

My wife needed a small straight back chair at the computer and this model seemed to fit her needs. I will say that it took me over an hour to put this inexpensive chair together. You definitely need 2 people. I had trouble with the arms because the screw holes weren't lined up exact. One or 2 screws had to be super tightened because the wooden cap covers would not go in all the way. I wish the instructions were better. The arms had scratches and marks in the wood that i saw when i removed the wrapping. the materials should include some coverup paint. I have the pictures taken as i opened the parts. Chinese labor is cheap and I can see why. Even at the low price i paid I should not see damages like these. there was another mark on the wood, but i messed up the picture. The one thought I had was hoping the chair could come fully assembled because it is not a huge chair.

Dont buy It

Chair arrived. Unpacked chair and started on First step. Put 2 Allen screws in on one side to hold back cushion in. Turned it around to do other side and their was only one screw hole. So decided to unzip back cushion to see if their was actually another hole under the fabric. There was but trying to zip cover back up zipper broke. Threw the junk back in the box. Should of known better since it came from China, But then everything does.

Attractive Professional chairs

I bought 6 of these to put around the conference table in my office. They look attractive, are comfortable to sit in, and my elderly clients appreciate that the chair will not roll away when they are trying to sit.

Good/Sturdy chair - feel/look

Watch the lower end of chair when moving around, it scuffs easily. Otherwise, the chair seems durable and is a little of the solid side. You get impression that you're sitting in a safe chair. The arms provide some comfort, but since not padded, extended arm/elbow placement could lead to discomfort

I ordered 4 of these chairs for my new office. They were very easy to assemble and the quality is quite good particularly at this price point. The look is as good as I had hoped though there were a few small runs in the finish, but not enough to notice unless you look closely. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase.

Overall, it was a good buy. Finish and fabric is good. Was looking for a chair that would slide easily on carpet. Had to remove the little pads (4) that came with the chair so it would slide easily. For reference, I would only award a 5 star rating if it was exceptionally priced or made with exceptional wood and materials. This type of chair is hard to find so it is difficult to compare other available chairs but I am quite happy with this purchase. Additionally, the colors available are good.

I bought 6 of these For a reception/waiting area for a medical practice. They were easy to assemble. Unfortunately, a 300 lb patient literally broke the chair. It crumbled. Thankfully he was not injured. Would not recommend unless you have liability insurance!

I initially ordered 6 chairs of burgundy color. 3 of 6 have broken frames so I had to request return. the other 3 were functional and comfortable. color was deep and blended well with wall décor. Overstock sent replacement for the first 2 defective chairs. However, the color was blue not burgundy. Except for the 3 chairs that came out fine, the subsequent process of receiving incorrect color and having to pack/repack/and take to UPS has been time-consuming. This is a 3-star because of the defective chairs received, incorrect replacement, and the overall hassle of repacking/ returning. The chair itself is comfortable and the burgundy color is rich and elegant :
