Very disappointed with these chairs, they can't be assembled due to misaligned mounted rails, trying to reach out to customer service but they don't respond, now we have 12 chairs in their boxes piled up in our office.

Best visitor chair: sturdy and comfortable

This armchair is comfortable, elegant in appearance, and very simple to assemble. This is truly a 5 star product as far as I am concerned. I redecorated my office using mahogany and black furniture so these chairs fit right in perfectly. I actually bought 6 chairs. The clients love them and are free with their compliments from the first time they sit down to the time they get up; they always express their pleasure at the total comfort of the seat, as well as at the angle and feel of the back and the feel of the arm rails.

Bad Hardware, Bad Build Quality

Pay attention to other reviews that mention that hardware doesn't align. This is not a simple fix. The legs of the table are attached to the body with some very poorly designed hardware that don't align. You will not be able to install the chairs properly when they don't align. Called the company to discuss the issue as suggested by the printout that comes with the chairs. Support staff is not able to do a single thing other than recommending returning the chairs back to staples. These look simply okay but the build quality is absolutely atrocious.

This chair is comfortable for our clients who are elderly. We love them!

Nice Comfy Chairs

Took 3 weeks longer to arrive then originally promised. Hard to put together took 2 people. All in all they are nice now that they have arrived, and the price point was perfect for what I was looking for. They get lots of compliments in my office entry.

I was unsure about these chairs from the picture online but they turned out to be very smart. There have been a lot of positive comments about their look...and they were easy to assemble!

Perfect for a rarely used office side chair

Wood finish is a little uneven, not a $400.00 chair though. It assembles without any screws so it is easy with 2 people, impossible for just one person. The seat needs to be loosely attached while the frame is moved to get the back on, the second chair is much quicker to put together than the first one.
