These chairs were impossible to put together. I ordered four of them, and all of them were difficult and poor quality.

Good quality for an industrial office. In the past we have had a challenge of keeping nice office furniture with a team of technicians that come into the office like a recking ball.

Great Little Chairs

We got two of these chairs for our small living room and they are perfect. The color is exactly as pictured and the quality is good. They are small (as described) and fit the space well.

So easy to put together!

This chair was so easy to put together - the pieces just slide together which was really helpful when we put together a whole waiting room. The chairs are very well made and solid. The pattern blends perfectly with out gray colored waiting. An amazing price for this chair.

Product okay; customer service very confusing.

We purchased 2 chairs and although they seem fine, the process was interesting. I had contacted the main office in Omaha to get our online account tax exempt (we are a not-for-profit). In trying to set it up, the office said, contrary to the web info on these chairs, that it could be shipped the next week, and there was FREE shipping. I was told shipping was nearly $90 and although it was early January, it would be sometime after March 1 before they could be shipped. He advised me there were many issues with the website on this information. So, being from MO, I decided to "show me", and went to order the chairs online, which although it wasn't tax exempt, it was $30 in tax (still $50 less expensive than shhipping), and it could be shipped in 10 days. The chairs arrived in the timeframe, and I saved $50 on shipping, although the state will get our sales tax dollars. Not sure why this happened, but there is definitely a disconnect from the "person" in the main office and the website opportunities. It didn't seem logical to me the customer.
