Couches were far darker than pictured with a bluish tinge. Tried to return in store as the return policy indicated I could and was unable to.

I had been shopping for couches for so long and wasn't finding something to fit my budget- I honestly bought this couch out of desperation and was nervous that it didn't have any reviews and was so inexpensive. I am very very picky about anything I put in my space (despite the impulsive buy) and I was stunned at how great this couch was! It's always a risk to buy without seeing a fabric swatch first so I was anticipating this being more yellow than pictured but it is pretty true to what you see in photos. It's a lovely caramel on the cognac color scale. It's pretty firm which I believe is pretty standard for this style (and I like) but just to note. It is SO SOFT. The quality is that of a sofa of a higher price so needless to say I am a fan. Shipping was on the top end of the projected delivery date. If you do buy and have trouble getting in contact with delivery like I did, keep trying. Their customer service was very helpful and though they jumped the gun in alerting me of their arrival time, they still came within the projected time frame. This is so long but buying a couch is such an ordeal. I hope this helps someone.

Love everything about this product. I only worry about the durability of the channels from the leg part of where people sit. Great sofa very firm great color. True description.
