Assembly team did not assemble my bed...

It's a pain to assemble because you need power tools. Because holes are either not drilled or not drilled all the way through. Like if you look at the instructions, "P" the board is supposed to be screwed to the bed frame. Meanwhile the board doesn't have holes going through it nor does it state exactly where it is supposed to go cause there are no holes in the frame for the boards I am holding. This is the second time I've had to use a drill on my bed too. I am so scared that I am going to damage my bed.

The bed has collapsed and the footboard nails came out today. The headboard wood is cracked on the inside on one side and the seam cover is also pealing. Waste of over 1k

I love my new bed. Did not know home depot sell furniture. I would order from here again.

Love the quality. I read some bad reviews but I’m also leaving this review because it was a easy install and it’s sturdy! My kids love it!

You need better wood for the platform

Don't recommend. I have my bed on bricks now. Get a warranty. It's cheaply made. Only had it a 1yr and 6 mo.

Do better Baxton Studio

I had this bed for about 9 months and I’m disappointed that the support legs have given out twice. I had to pay to get replacements and they also want to give out.. I just replaced them 2 days ago. Why do I need to go out of my way to reenforce the frame? It’s a beautiful bed but it’s ridiculous for the price.

Broken in 3 months

Poor quality!

Horrible experience trying to put it together with the non-existing holes for the screws! After a few months of having the bed, the seam came undone around the rhinestones. It’s not sturdy, I went to lay down & the plastic part holding the wood piece together had broken off. Yes it’s a beautiful bed but that’s it! It’s not good quality at all! I wasted my money! If you still choose to purchase the bed please get the warranty or protection because your definitely going to need it!!!!

Regret my purchase

Today makes 3 & a half months since I've had my bed. It's officially broke . The wood beneath has cracked. My mattress is now on the floor. And what sucks is, I decided to lease this bed and I am still paying on it, a bed I can't even use anymore. Sucks!

Really beautiful looks just like the photo didn’t take long to get here. Only thing is, I’ve had this bed for two years now and the wood panels and metal frame “supporting” the mattress is starting to give out. Now, I have to buy a box spring

We were so disappointed when we unpacked the boxes. We also had in store delivery challenges. The bed was not worth the price and it is a BIG bed that is about 2 feet longer than the average space required. Back it goes!
