Great quality product. Expensive but worth every penny; expect it to last decades.Ordered 3 to replace all 3 old in the 3story house we just bought in the mountains of NE Georgia. Delivery was great considering the steep narrow private road access that the USPS won’t service. Paid extra for “room placement “ of the toilets, but that was worth it too. Happy with my purchase.

This toilet is fantastic. Crazy to say that about a toilet I know. The nearly 17” height is IDEAL! The one-piece design eliminates two potential leaks between the tank/seat.

Toto one piece toilet, 1.6 gpf single flush

I bought this toilet for an elderly tenant, who absolutely loves it. The only feature I wish it had was concealed trap or skirt. Some of the other reviewers mentioned the poor seat quality, however, I haven't heard that the seat is not satisfactory for the lady. As to the carrier Build uses, they are terrible. There were no calls or messages from the carrier to set a day and time for delivery, and the toilet ended up being delivered to the wrong address. I expect better from Build, as their customer service is excellent.....

This toilet worth the extra money- the height is better than the Kohler ADA one, the flush is efficient and strong and i love the one piece and minimal space it takes up.

Toilet is great quality, just as described glazed and soft close seat included. This is the second toilet I purchased, first one from a competitor store (HD) and after waiting over a month no word from their customer service we were at their mercy after spending all that money plus extras for delivery inside or outside the door. So hard to be with a broken toilet, after the first level of customer service and having to elevate the issue two different times, to another level of customer service the competitor just cancelled the order, no call or anything, no offer to reorder, just an email saying lost in shipping. Lowes promise date was exactly as promised, delivery was easy and very professional. I will always shop at Lowe’s.

Purchased three of this Toto product, work great.

This replaced a 2 PC that was the wrong base. Needed ADA compliant. New 1 PC dies it. Over 17 inches up from floor. Works great! Wayfair was awesome in customer service and best price. Nothing broke upon delivery

Nice toilet..

Put two 1.6GPF Drakes in the house and two of these 1.6GPF UltraMaxs. The Drakes are tanks, but these are super classy and seem to flush just as well. Extremely nice, but pricey. Buy once cry once.

Strong flush and timely design

The Toto Ultramax cotton white toilet has a strong flush, good design as one piece which solved our weak flush issue. The only weakness is the toilet seat is a plastic and does not look very strong. I paid for Lowes' contractor for installation and the contractor named 5 Corners Plumbing. The plumber Juan was very efficient, experience and helpful. Installation took less than 45 mins and everything was clean and tidy. I would say five stars happy service.

Great Toto toilet

Love all of our Toto toilets and this is no different - also really appreciate the higher seat height, especially for those who are tall. Great flushing capacity and love the one piece design.

I love it. I want to replace the other toilets in our home with this one.
