Poor quality control

This is a nice looking fixture. We bought it to replace a small chandelier in our dining room. We hired an electrician to install it, but when he tried to hang it he noticed that a part needed to hang it was missing. We contacted Savoy House who did a good job of sending us the missing part. But we then had to hire the electrician again to install it for us. Ended up paying the electrician twice.

Not Made The Way They Used To Be

We bought the large version (24" wide) of this light but all of the pieces are held together by undersized, cheap rivets. The first list ordered arrived with 2 arms disconnected and the replacement light was just as bad. This would be a great light if it wasn't for the poor quality.

Beautiful brass lantern!

I purchased two of these Savoy Townsend lanterns in brass. While the two were too large for my space, I loved it so much that I found a spot for one of them. It is a beautiful, oversized statement piece above my table in the breakfast nook. Love it!

This is just what we were looking for to match the set of pendant lights we have over our island. Was a little skeptical about the price being that it was half of the original retail price but we bit the bullet and couldn't be more pleased. We absolutely love it. Looks so beautiful over our diningroom table. Excellent buy.

GORGEOUS

This lighting fixture is drop dead gorgeous! I purchased it along with the single light and the five light versions for my kitchen Reno. When it is complete and the fixtures are hung it will be ***** worthy. I've seen lights like these and just had to have them for my project and they are all polished nickel to match my hardware and new faucet from Overstock! You can't go wrong!

This looks great - we wanted a more expensive version but didn't feel like investing $1500 in case we change the vibe of our room. The only issue is really where the corners are "welded" together - it is not seamless. BUT I don't think people will be looking that closely and if they are, I need to work on more entertaining stories.
