The product was complete junk but Hayneedle stood behind me as their customer 100%. I do not suggest the item, but support Hayneedle for knowing how to do good business.

ok until broke

Was a good chair until 2 springs broke about a year later, granted I used it a lot but I only weigh 150. Can be fixed but the metal brackets holding the springs could have been better made or reinforced better.

I would spend more on something more substantial for guests.

Love the chaise, concerned about how much weight it will hold comfortably. Wish it was more plush in the center with more support .

Beware Chaise is not sturdy

Extremely disappointed in this chaise. We had it professionally put together and my 120 pound sister fell out of it! We had it put together again when the front right leg bent. Today she fell again when the leg collapsed. I don’t know how return but this is ridiculous!

I enjoy relaxing in our patio after we added this convertible lounger. The lumbar pillow gives great support to my back and I relish reading a book for a few relaxed hours. It is easy to convert this into a bed and I have enjoyed sleeping out under the full moon on a few summer nights. The faux leather is resilient and durable and I find it easy to maintain. The metal frame is solid and keeps this unit well-balanced even when I land hard on it. I am glad we bought this lounger.

horrible customer service

i dont have one of the screws that comes with the chaise. i have contacted the company by email and i havent received a return email. ive also tried calling and there is no answer or voicemail. the chaise is nice. its not the most comfortable but it works for the purpose. its a nice size. not to huge,

Bug green stripe vs fairly good comfort.

I, too, was a victim of the bug green stripe. One whole section of the body was green, and of course, since all the assembly is on the bottom, I didn't see it until after everything was unpacked and installed. I did sit on it, it was pretty comfortable for me(note: it's not a cushy sofa), so I returned it and am expecting a replacement. customer service was fine; freight returns will give you shipping label, and the driver doesn't have an invoice OR label (also, he didn't call first, and they promised that once it got back to the warehouse, they'd put a shipping label on it. ) so no stars for them.

Sending back. Problems with everything from delivery to receiving the product (ordered brown) arriving with a bug green stripe in one of the strips! Product is uncomfortable as well and poorly cushioned. Return was complicated but easy to do once I got to the right person to help.

I love my chaise lounger. It was shipped within a week, and when unboxed, I only had to apply the legs. It looks good in my room and is very comfortable.
