While the faucet is beautiful, be very careful to order everything you need for installation. There are no handles nor is the actual plumbing included...an extra $400 on top of this piece which is just the "trim kit".

The sprayer should have 3 spray functions but only two work only a few months after buying it

I would not give any star . You misrepresent product you sell , it’s deceiving. If you show in your picture Victorian Deck Mounted Roman Tub Faucet set with two handles , then customer should not assume that the handles are not included . Your picture should not show handles as a part of a set . It’s miss representation. In this case you shouldn’t change return fee .

Beautiful faucet and craftsmanship. Imagine my surprise when there were no handles but included the trim for them? I was speechless.

You shouldn’t put the photo with the handles if we need to purchase separately.

Please don’t show a picture with the handles when they are not there when they arrive.

The photo should not show this with handles. It does not come with the handles included they are a separate purchase. The product is fine and we are pleased. Hand held sprayer was moved an inch or two further away from the taps because we experienced a similar situation with the kitchen faucet and hand held spray. If items are spaced evenly at the base, the spray appears crowded as shown in photo. We learned from this and adjusted the hand held shower for the tub.

Purchased this set so my wife could have a spray wand for her bath. They look great and work well...

Purchased this set so my wife could have a spray wand for her bath. They look great and work well. However, I have two (fairly minor) beefs. Firstly, the diverter valve often leaks, especially after having used the spray wand. Some water continues to flow from the spray head. Secondly, this set absolutely should have come with the hot/cold handles - it seems ridiculous they weren't included. You have to buy the rough-out kit, probably the drain plug, probably a drain kit, and the spigot and spray wand.... why the hot/cold water handles as well?

Very happy with the quality and look. Easy to install and I was happy to find all the matching pieces for my master bath.
