Stool was ok however instructions need to be better, instructions are not clear and not well written

These are too tall, and you can't adjust it.

I'm only 5'3 and these are way too tall, for me. Height is only one adjustment.

Barstool

I purchased this barstool chair, but unfortunately, one of the back rest tubes came out broken and cannot use this chair. Could I return it back or get a replacement?

Perfect for Covered Lakeside Deck!

I bought these barstools for our lakeside covered deck because they swivel, have vinyl seats and made of metal but best of all - they were very affordable! Perfect until putting one of the seat back on that one end cap was missing and the other broken. This obviously occured during shipping. However when I called BB&B, customer service was quick to say they'd ship another one for us to get what we needed! My husband only had to replace the chair back and were good to go! Thank you for taking care of situation!

Great size, quite a bit of assembly

Great value for what you get. A lot of assembly required which means a lot of visible screws and connections. A few pieces came bent or slightly damaged but overall very happy with the purchase

Appropriate tool for persons with back pain!!!

I purchased this to see if it would help with my back and hips while standing. It is working perfectly. I have been using my stool when I wash dishes and prepare things that require me to stand up to do. I am really enjoying the relief on my legs, back, and hips. I would recommend this to anyone who has a hard time standing for even short periods of time. IT WORKS GREAT!!!!!

The pieces that came to put it together were not manufactured correctly. We could not get them to fit together. Basically this stool is a piece of crap and a waste of money.

Extremely difficult to assemble - definitely not a one-person job. Metal of the legs needs to be bent in order to reach the places to screw into support piece. Do not buy!
