Leaking and Missing pieces

We recently had this faucet installed during our bathroom remodel. When installed our plumber let us know that it was missing the drain stop. We went ahead with the instal and thought we'd just replace it. Three weeks later and we now have a leak anytime the water runs. The plumber came back and found that the link was not from the water line but from the faucet itself.

These faucets are just gorgeous and look wonderful with my new vanity! I was thrilled that they came in a wide variety of finishes, including the one I was looking for!

I purchased this faucet in April of 2023. I need to replace it because the finish is pealing off.

this faucet is well made, with a great copper finish. Really was surprised with the movable faucet head.

The product looks great, but the attachment/connection design is terrible. One slight twist and the very thin copper tubing is destroyed. for this price, I would expect better quality.

"the first faucet I couldn't install" - my contractor

I ordered this faucet for our bathroom renovation due to the design and 6 weeks later when my contractor went to install it, he literally could not get all of the parts to tighten. He said that the handles were fine, but the faucet itself has so many components, it's not possible to have all tightened properly without the risk of leaking. I will hopefully be able to return this since we just took it out of the box today. If BB&B won't honor a return, I will be calling Kingston Brass, the manufacturer.

We bought this for the new bathroom basin. Nice weight, well packaged and exactly as pictured. I love that the faucet can turn side to side. Would definitely purchase again.

Beautiful quality faucets

We ordered two of these for our new homes master bath. I couldn't be more pleased with both the quality and the farmhouse look it gives our bathroom. Our goal was to make our new home have an older farmhouse look and this really helped achieve that.

Item was delivered quickly and it looks good in box. Will update after installed in February.

This is a beautiful, quality faucet and I was very happy with our purchase until when I simply wiping out the sink with a paper towel the chrome plated ring around the drain assembly broke! I bought this in April of 2023 so it’s been less than a year of regular/light residential use. Very disappointing. I’m hoping to be able to get a replacement part through the warranty…

The plumber hired to install it says" hardware is not solid....weak connections that are prone to leaking ...not easy to install. Worried it's more of a decoration than functional"

This is a a nice faucet and made really well. Easy to install overall and define adds a touch of elegance. A great update to any sink! Work well and is very solid.

Looks great, feels substantial. Getting the down rod that sets the sink plug bit was tricky and didn’t end up lining up perfectly.. but I did the install myself so YMMV.

It is nice faucet, just perfectly fits to my white quartz vanity too, look so great after installed! Timely deliver and nice product style!

We switched up our bathroom sink faucet with the chrome version about a year ago. We like it so much we’re putting the matte version in another bathroom that we’re renovating. Very fitting for our old house.
