Thought this was a awesome handle for our faucets. After a couple years both of my faucet handles started leaking and the cartiges are stupid hard to remove and wound up replacing entire faucet. Terrible product.

I love the water sprout is higher and control with one handle. It would be great if the aerator is a standard size one so that it would be easier to get a better water saving aerator. It comes with 1.2 gpm which is a bit too much for a household use. I manage to find a local plumbing supplier with the 0.5 gpm spray aerator.

We've used this model faucet in another bathroom and love it. Unfortunately, this faucet arrived missing a part. A call to Wayfair and a replacement faucet arrived in a couple of days. Wonderful service.

Both 2 faucets for my master bathroom were received, both installed, and then my plumber and myself noticed on 1 of the faucets that the finish was not smoothly finished- kind og looked like a metallic smudge- Anyway I called up Kohler and their shipping me a new one after i had sent them pics of the faucet- My only complaint is that I now have to pay the plumber again to switch out the old smudged faucet with the new one I'll be getting in about 10 days- I had to pay him $235. per faucet to install-Now I have to pay him again of course, and Kohler doesn't offset that cost even though their customer service understood that if I had received both faucets in perfect condition to begin with, I wouldn't have to pay him again. DOESN'T SOUND RIGHT, DOES IT?

These are great faucets. We have put these in two homes and have not been disappointed with their performance and non existent wear even after 5 years of use. Can’t go wrong with the elegant, but simple look of the design.
