Disappointing Grohe Kit

Towel Rail very thin but would have been acceptable, Hook fine. Toilet roll holder very disappointing as this is a fixed unit and does not pivot so space between roll holder and wall only 60 mm.

To be very honest this has been a debacle in terms of delivery. 3 times have I been given a confirmed delivery date and all 3 dates ended up to be misrepresented. The whole issue with the warehouse migration has really been a nightmare further the team from the call Center has been no doubt patient with me but has not been able to solution anything for me. Two days of follow up a demanding a call back from the robotic CS team in grohe shopee chat was a nightmare they not only give you templated response but they serve no purpose in providing you solution. The saving grace was that Ivan who is leading the operations from grohe called me back and help arranged a delivery despite the earlier arrangement to have me collect the goods over at the Boon Lay warehouse. I am super appreciative of how Ivan has conducted himself throughout my ordeal and hope his staff can learn to be resourceful like him. Even though it’s not grohe’s fault when it comes to warehouse migration failure, I think the Singapore grohe team should pursue legal recourse against the company that is executing the migration on their behalf… it was indeed a nightmare

Will be repeating purchase for other toilet accessories and basin tap from the seller again.\n\nMoving forward, the assigned courier can ring the bell or alert me upon delivery. The goods were left unattended for a long time and they were costly. It would be better if the courier can leave the items at my riser should there be nobody at home upon delivery. \n\n

Extremely easy to take down the old ones, patch up, paint, and then install these. Instantly updated our bathroom, and each piece is very functional and exceeds our expectations. I personally like the chrome touch, makes it feel and look modern in style. Each piece functions as expected, I really like how I can hang a towel or wash cloth on the hook without messing around with it, on the older product I had before, I always had to mess with it to get it to hang on. So overall really like this product, how easy it was to work with and just gets the job done!

This is a higher end and sleek looking hardware set. It is very solid and well made and looks great with a modern style vanity and bathroom. All of the mounting hardware is included. If you have a bathroom still in the framing stage and can nail in or screw in 2x4's between the studs, I'd recommend it to give the towel bar and towel hook something solid other than the hollow wall inserts and screws, only because this set is so solidly built and has a good weight to it.

Very classy looking bath accessories. I have used grohe fixtures and been impressed by the quality and finishes. These items are no less impressive, the finish is quality plating and heavyweight materials. I like the sleek modern style, the towel rack seems a bit on the small side to me. Even for a guest bath set as it's labeled. I am considering adding one more towel rack as well as order the hand towel rack.

This is a three piece towel set with a nice looking silver finish. It has a sleek, modern look that I like. I used the "robe hook" as a small towel holder which seems to be working well for me. These items install easily with two screws to hold a backplate for each item. Then you tighten an hex screw with the supplied hex wrench. The hardest part of installation is making sure that the backplates are level and tight to the wall.

This Grohe, Essentials Cube City 3-piece bath hardware set in starlight chrome is a great quality bathroom accessory kit that looks great and functions well. The three piece kit comes with a 23.5 inch towel bar, a toilet paper holder and a robe hook. Each piece feels extremely well made and made of solid metal rod making it very strong. The chrome finish looks very high quality and I could not find any defects at all in the coating. I like the modern look of this bath hardware kit as it matches the other components in my bathroom. All the mounting hardware and wall anchors are included in the kit. It should not take much time to install all three pieces either on sheetrock or a tiled wall. It would be a good idea if you can screw directly into a wall stud if possible. This hardware kit comes with a limited lifetime warranty
