Corner posts are not secured down. Comes in 2 poles per corner. NOT for low profilebox.

Overall the bed frame was good if you plan to keep the canopy permanently. If you decide to covert it back to a regular frame the post will be very scratched up. That’s because corner posts are actually 2 poles, bottom inserted into top pole. This frame also isn’t for you if you have a low profile box or standard mattress. It leave a huge gap.

Shipping sucked!

The shipping totally sucked! What should’ve taken a week took almost 3. As for the bed, it is absolutely gorgeous. Very heavy, sturdy, and beautiful. It’s a great purchase.

Damages pieces

I purchased this item in the beginning of September. My delivery date got pushed back several times. I ended up getting it Sept 28, 3 weeks after I ordered. Not to mention I was sleeping on a box spring and mattress until it arrived bc I gave my bed to my son. Once I received it, the rails were bent which we just bent them back but the footboard also has a defect. We set the bed up but called for them to just send the defective piece. Well 2 weeks later, a guy calls and says he’s here for a pick up and drop off. They wanted the entire bed back. I’m not un-assembling an entire bed for one piece. I’m so tired of dealing with them that I’ll just take the loss of a defective piece.

Nice bed, but dent on top of metal headboard frame

The bed frame looks good except there was a small dent in the black metal on the top of the headboard and it's visible. My husband told me not to worry about it, but I'm thinking I paid for something to not be damaged, so I am annoyed. It also had a broken part in the frame attachment system that we fixed with a bolt. It didn't take long to put together and seems decently sturdy. My mattress and box frame are on order so we'll see how sturdy this frame feels after everything is stacked on it.

Good quality for an affordable price

I love this bed so much. It is comparable to high end brands like ** * ** four poster bed. The quality is excellent for a very affordable price. I highly recommend it. Assembling it is easy too. No need for high-power tools.

Looks great and easy to put together

Worst product I have purchased

Terrible experience and even worse product. I do not even know where to begin. The headboard was dented. The frame itself was dented and two strong men had to use hammers to even get it close to assembled. Additionally, all required hardware was not present. Missing screws prevented the bedframe from being secured and was extremely wobbly as a result. Finally, the instructions are terrible and come in three separate parts, each seeming to be for a different bed. Save yourself the time and money... DO NOT PURCHASE THIS BED!!!

The upholstered material looks better than on pictures, great product. Perfect for my high vaulted ceilings. Overall great buy and worth the money.

Sturdy and Beautiful

This bed is absolutely beautiful in person. Is very sturdy as well. Has extra support beam running the length of the bed in the middle to keep the mattress lifted and to also keep the bed from shifting side to side. Love the powder coated metal frame with the traditional touch of the upholstered head and foot board. Perfect in every way! Definitely recommmend!

My husband and I were so excited to get this bed. When it came the carrier said "the box looks pretty damaged, you might want to take photo's in case of a return" - we did. The frame was pokeing out the side, in another box the poles for the canopy had made their way through the packing and the edges of two bent/crushed. We contacted customer service and they said to unbox it and see if it could be assembled. So, we did. I am happy to say that we were able to salvage the pieces, with a little bending from my husbands channel locks. I did contact customer service again to send over the photos as well as discuss the damage. Adrian couldn't have been more accomodating and did give us a small credit. The assembly was easy and we couldn't be happier. Don't mind the bedding we've ordered a set from Overstock, soon to arrive: stay tuned.

complete garbage

I cannot begin to describe the poor quality of this bed. The material on the headboard had grease stains, the material on the footboard was torn. The metal is extremely light weight so you practically bend it with your hands and when the bed sets up it shakes due to having no weight. It looks like it came from Walmart and it was a disgrace. The photo is totally misleading.
